My roommate and I will be in the cleveland area in "Northfield Park"(southern suburb I guess) this sunday for a regional challenge autocross in their parking lot. Thought maybe there was someone from up there that maybe autocrosses as well and would be interested in participating or come out and meet a few people at least. I've met JP once for a sec and didn't know who was who from there when you guys came down here. Looks like my class will be small(BSP class) but there's an STi and some kind of Triumph registered so I could have some good competition up there and I'm hoping for more. Either way if your in the area come up and say hi, we'll be in the Silver S2000 pictured in my sig #79/#33 BSP.

I've seen video of one pacing a Viper quite well on Road America until the brakes caught fire. I wouldnt track one without the most massive brakes I could fit in the wheels and as much cooling duct could fit as well, 3800lbs is a lot of weight to stop, especially at high speeds.

Can't wait for it, though I'm sure Insight won't carry it for us.

Sucks to hear it, just remember sometimes better neighborhoods are targets as they tend to have nicer cars with nicer stuff in them too!! Obvious question, but do you have an alarm system on your truck? If so sounds like it didn't work. They gaurantee nothing but are a deterrent.

Not enough, maybe once a year or so. I really love the challenge of driving in the rain and were lucky to have some good all seasons to have fun on. The sealed lot made things really interesting. At first it was really slick saturday, as the day went on the rubber laid down made it stickier but with the heat the sealer started to seem to pull up as did the crack filler making the lot just terrible it seemed. I drove early and didn't get to see what it was like but it looked nasty.

Good meeting you Chris, the Evo is nice!! I had a damn good time this weekend, I didn't do too well yesterday but did great today and luckily got my runs in the dry unlike most everyone else. Because of that I believe I got FTD or danm near it, though with the rain I didn't last as long as I wanted to in the runoff. Still fun running in the rain today.

Yes it is at OSU all weekend. There will be a different course each day. They are having open registration and tech from 6-8pm tonight at the Ackerman lot and this would be the best time to go register if you havn't yet, then you don't have to show up as early tomorrow morning. Obviously it's going to be hot so bring some sunblock, a chair, and shade if you can.

Is the torque bias that much different from a wrx to an sti?? Either way come out to an autocross and see how sideways the subies can get and even the fwd cars do too.

I'm no workout expert but sounds like a classic pulled muscle in the back which I've had before. The stuff you've tried already is good but your next step is likely a doctor so you can get some muscle relaxer...works wonders!

Those were all great games as well as Goldeneye!! Halo is right up there with the best all time also imo.
