The H3 looked great from what I could tell, it was supposed to be open 20 years ago but the constant cave-ins of the tunnels and a bridge collapse while I was there held it up a lot.

Miata club ran today, if I had known I would of taken the Laser down there as KDW's in the rain own. Draco, we've had events on occasion where it's been snowing. Problem is it's so damn cold typically corner workers freeze to death so they try to avoid it if possible around here. I know of some dsm guys in Wisconsin and Michigan that do rallycross type stuff on ice!!!

Sounds like a fun project Pat. The HY turbo might not be a bad idea as a little lag makes the car easier when exiting the corners in autocross vs. having a quick spooling setup that will make throttle control difficult.

I've had 3 dsm's, I never have to hardly fix mine. Apparantly I'm one of the only ones who knows how to take care of these cars. DSM's are as reliable as their owners, just like any cars, don't blame the motor for the abuse and poor maintenance they typically receive.

Mike is right about the 4g, it has been proven 1000 times over. I've heard many good things about the Ford 2.3 over the years though their popularity at least from my perspective isn't what the 4g is. I've heard the 2.3 has a strong following in europe because it was in many cars over there.
