  1. Trust me on this, theres more track time to be had here than with anyone else, I used an entire tank of fuel there in just the one day and didn't run as much as i can, didn't do that at VIR, well worth it. Very noob friendly, easy going with all the guys that attended.
  2. I heard today that the Blue Jackets have the 6th highest paying roster in the NHL, I hope someone can get in there and do something better with that money.
  3. You would be correct as your tank rolls over six times in the 1st corner crushing 8 corner workers on it's way to the scrapyard.:lolguy:
  4. It's missing a pedal but nice ride otherwise(and no those paddle shifter dont mean dick no matter how you try to justify it).
  5. Those are mine, remembered them about 15 miles from your place and I wasn't going to try and get in or out of your lot again after having to be pushed. I'll figure out when yo get them from you next time I'm in town. Thanx to whoever that was that pushed me out of the lot, didn't catch your name. Beer on me next time we meet.
  6. ^Was just thinking that, from my understanding these structures are SUPPOSED to be able to withstand a direct hit from a nuke without compromising the missile inside or the crew in the structure. Maybe thats not the case with this??
  7. OSU was in the process of considering selling that parking lot to a private owner, when this has happened at other places in the past is hasn't gone well for the SCCA. We will likely get Cooper stadium back once it's done but that another year or 2 away. Theres been talk of a joint event with Cincy SCCA at the old DHL airport in Wilmington, don't know if anything has come of that as there would be more space than ever needed, we would just have to drive a bit to get down there.
  8. I'll be having some dinner in the hilliard area before hand if anyone is near there and not wanting Asian, Applebees, Hooters, wherever.
  9. I made it home in the Mustang on summer ONLY tires and a tread rating of 180, you'll be fine.:fuckyeah:
  10. In obviously. Piggybacking is the way to go, how many here know how to run the timing and scoring equipment right?? We can work with OVR or whomever as that will be the best way to do it. You would have to move fast to get with the SCCA as their schedule is probably almost finalised by now. A great way for newbs is to co-drive. If you dont have a car to run this throw a few bucks at someone who does have a car for it and work together. Riding with an experienced driver is an eye opener!!
  11. Thats it!!! Thanx Gray! Still looks the same which is good. Seats are diff, no more wood shift knob, and the rear windows have been tinted. Engine/suspension looks untouched. Those look like SSR wheels or a decent knockoff, I sold it with the steelies. Those kyb's and GC's have been on there forever now as I did nothing to the car myself except drive it. Wish I had the money, that car is a riot to drive for being so under-powered.
  12. I've driven an FFR with just a "run of the mill" older 5.0 making about 300hp, the thing was fugging quick, would be downright nasty with that motor!!
  13. In, just have to pick me up though as I got the mustang out east but it's not going anywhere for now.
  14. Scott, with the hard top your good to go, just upgrade the brake pads and such. If I'm still in Ohio this summer I will def be at M-O this year, havn't been in 2 years as I went to VIR last year and Putnam this year. I can def help any first timers with what they need to know for tech/registration etc. NASA HPDE is your best bet imo for 1st timers, very structured environment with instructors out with you etc....Max track time will be with Shawn(Torqued racing) and also very friendly group.
  15. I watched CPD once sit behind some ass poking in the left lane only to end up going around instead of giving them a ticket, should be enforced a lot more imo.
  16. I love this kind of stuff. One day I hope to see the earth from orbit, I would give up anything and everything to do this if I have to but I want to do it more than anything I've ever wanted.
  17. Probably at National Lime and Stone, that's the big quarry on section line. I've been near by when they blast and it's unreal especially considering how damn big it is.
  18. Grassroots motorsports Top gear occasionally Car and driver Mm&ff/5.0
