I know guys over 600whp on stock rb25 bottoms ends, There are guys in the states running mid 9's on stock rb bottom ends, stock they are not powerful but with the right combo they are amazing. Welcome! I am a s13 owner too. With the stock turbo you should be fine around 14-15 psi on the t25 with the pump , injectors and tune. I use to run the dog shit shit out of my sr before and after turbo upgrades.
