If the car had no issues before and thats the same fuel in the tank , id bet the fuel is bad. Id drain the tank and change the filter......pull off the fuel line to rail and crank over until the good fuel starts to come thru then try again. I had the same issue a few years ago when we left a talon sit for a year , after we drained the tank we bled the main line and the fuel looked like muddy water.

Im pretty the laws are different unlike the 90s monopoly money welfare food stamps, i think wic and ebt can only be used on certain food items and taken at certain places. They are even starting rectrictions on un healthy food. They should make them only eat good nutritional food like veggies and non processed food. The best thing i did for beater daily was buy a civic from ebay. 98 4 door lx 5 speed all i did was basic maint and that car started everytime with no issues getting 40mpg. Ohio does not get enough snow , fwd with good tires is fine.
