Yep, saw you too. Yep, my car is slow. Got my coils installed. Waiting on my wheels. I would run you next time. I am sure you would beat me but why not.

    Looks like your garage....... http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r247/A4SHO/BMW-850-CSi--Baureihe-E31--Baujahr-1992--Porsche-928-GT--Baujahr-1989-r498x333-C-35d67449-300701.jpg
  6. WE AGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAY IT AIN'T SO!
  7. Actually, you and I have similar views, just different tastes in cars. I like the Tahoe the most of the rebadged large SUV's. I like F bodies, Vettes, some W bodies, whatever old regals are GN style (G body?), I like the sierra better than the silverado though. My GTI is a base model, 0 option manual car. I wanted just that. Only thing I settled for was the color. They didn't offer Jones vaginal canal color as seen in my sig. I settled for United Grey.
  8. It's better than my old sig pic so thanks!
  9. Of course not. You know I love you.

If only my car looked that good! Minus the black hood though.
  11. In my opinion the premium car companies follow the "evolution" design philosophy, which might not yield the trendiest cars of the period, but usually makes cars that stand the test of time. In my opinion Audi does this very well. Take the A4. The B5/6/7/8 all seem to be small updates to a quality original design. A6 as well, and A8 did until the current gen which I don't like. American cars try to reinvent the wheel, changing drastically, changing names (like a badge change makes it sell differently) and generally flopping like a fish trying to keep up. Lately they have been doing a better job, which is funny that you say only recently have they started to not be as nice looking in your opinion! You are clearly a "they don't make them like they used too" kind of guy. They are black, have silver, and same badge, name and model name. Its clearly an identical car.
  12. I don't think the wheels they had on it, the black ones, are a factory option. If they were, I have never seen them. They looked like 19". The hood looked different than factory as well. An awesome looking car in that commercial though, i agree. You can now get a 2011 5.0 with under 15k miles for around 25k.

So is anyone actually going to canes? I'll be there at 8 in my pimp mobile. http://www.autowallpaper.de/gallery2/d/101751-2/GTI_RS_pink_pink.jpg
  15. Agreed. I test drove one about an hour after a new 5.0 Mustang. Holy shit was it a world of difference. It felt like a fucking pickup truck. Horrible visibility, horrible fit and finish, horrible drive all together. The mustang felt light on its feet, responsive and a real screamer. Felt like a european car. Haven't driven one, but challenger as well.
  16. Silver, carbon blade, with the original polished thin double 5 spoke wheels........beautiful
  17. That is my dream car. V8, V10, don't care. Its beautiful.
  18. Yes I understand Audi's are heavy, but they don't look obese, and usually drive lighter.
  19. I will get flamed by most here (although the movement lately of german cars is excellent), but I think you are referring to American cars. And yes, they are boxy/bloated/ugly sans vette, mustang and V (which is bloated to all hell).
