If he's looking for features, the 1.8T is more car for the $, but I agree, a TDI is even better. Keep in mind, this "tech" you are talking about is in a dodge/fiat. Its only going to be so good. Also, without knowing the features, its impossible know. I'm not researching Darts just to make my point.

I'd look at the VW Jetta. Can be had with the new 1.8T engine fully loaded for 26k I think.

Jordan at JET Auto on the board for the car. Sport diff should be manditory, all other options are your choice. Others can fill in on common issues, etc.

Unless you get it at a great price, I doubt anyone would pay a value that would cover inflation for XX years for a car like that. IMO, nothing more. ***forgot about the mileage. Pass.

Looks great, and I personally like the wheel color in person! Only thing I'd add, is match the front grill surrounds to the wheel color. It seems misplaced now that the wheels aren't silver. I also support a slight lowering as well.
