  1. $6/sq ft so $3000 for an average 2 car and $4500 for a 3 car. Ouch.
  2. You mean the other way around? Good, k thanks.
  3. The company I work for is looking for a part time (20-30) hrs AR / collections person. Most of the job is calling current commercial customers (no residential work) and reminding them they have an invoice outstanding. The rest is filing, sending invoices, credit checks on new customers, researching cash application or billing errors. Phone, email, excel, and our billing program are what's utilized. email and excel ability are what are most important. located downtown, free parking, pretty laid back office environment, flexible on schedule as long as it's in the realm of M-F 8-5. We have had people only work certain days, or work 11-4 or 8-2 in the past as examples. I believe the range is 11 -13/hr In my opinion, the people who it's often worked best for is parents who worked, then became stay-at-home and now the kids are in school so they need a way to fill that time and make some money too. but we have had people in the past that are just out of school/still in school, semi retired, or just looking for it to be their main job. 4. Why does the air force want to get rid of these again?
  5. At the end how many miles were you getting on a charge?
  6. Why would this be? Aren't they like 35-40k new? maintenance? Issues with the early years?
  7. Our house has a ton of the ones that weave the little hole in the bushes/grass etc. but the other day I came out and almost walked into the biggest web I have ever seen. it connected a bush and a tree that are 15 feet or more apart from one another.
  8. Throwing this up in case someone else has the time to play with this. When I bought this truck I was single with no kids, now I'm married with 2 kids and it spends more time hanging out in the driveway then anything else so I'm looking to clear some space. In my opinion this is a dd/work truck through and through that has been great hauling stone, mulch, wood, furniture for me. Asking $1000 obo 4.2v6 2wd reg cab 8 ft bed 98,xxx miles no accidents strobes in the head lights Kobalt Truck Box new step bars(uninstalled) A/C does not work currently (obviously) comes with a free pile of sand bags! It has all the normal Ford cancer but the frame is fine. How I got it: A friend of mine runs the city of Dublin's fleet so when I was looking for a truck years ago he let me come pick from their old fleet. This means I also have the service records from new somewhere; which I will look for, for what that's worth. I will also find the title and have that notarized and ready to go. My brother drove it from Dublin to Honda everyday for about a year The reason I'm listing it so cheap is: The Bad: Blower is bad, not sure if it's just a relay or what not, if it's the whole blower it's like $40. The oil Pressure gauge recently started bouncing around and dropping under throttle. It starts, runs, and drives. one of the mechanics at work believes it's probably the pan gasket, the rear main seal, or both. I unfortunately do not have any time to play with it otherwise I'd probably fix these things and list it for $3000. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Mobile%20Uploads/20150921_182125_zpsb54oknil.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Mobile%20Uploads/20150921_182034_zps2dwnubux.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Mobile%20Uploads/20150921_182433_zps6nlcdzpv.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Mobile%20Uploads/20150921_182258_zps9rlgdlbp.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Mobile%20Uploads/20150921_182254_zps07ulzjky.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Mobile%20Uploads/20150921_182248_zpsbujpvak9.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Mobile%20Uploads/20150921_182242_zpsv6rshdez.jpg let me know if you have any questions. thanks, Matt
  9. They are still taking their readings from wherever the thermostat is located so it's all the same. The learning portion comes into play by adjusting itself a degree or 2 lower or higher then you set in say the middle of the day or middle of the night. With the goal of saving you just a little bit more then the programed intervals.
  10. Haha nothing like 1200mi round trip for a beater. I'd trash yours and move on to something a bit more sound and less miles.
  11. I have the Nest as well and am a fan but for the money the Honeywell is hard to beat and has many of the same features. There is a thread on here on the Nest vs Honeywell debate with most people leaning towards Honeywell. Also there was a thread within the past year I believe on a lot of garage heater options for what that's worth.
  12. At work we haul them away for shopping centers and what not and we take them straight to the dump. Residential, i'd bulk haul it or pay a mattress store.
  13. Could try quill or proforma. Not sure they do disposable cups but quill delivers to columbus next day and proforma does custom printing in columbus, we use them at work.
  14. Stow and go is the greatest invention on earth.
  15. Definitely worse than jeeps, to the point they were swapping people's trucks out for brand new ones, equal trade.
  16. They are stupid I agree. Between the cost of the newer ones and cash for clunkers (bogus justification) and online sites listing things at obsurd values it's all out of whack. I wish craigslist or auto trader had the eBay features where you could see what the item actually sold for. Does it need to be perfect or can you work on it?
  17. I have a feeling that's including things like his rentals.
  18. That was wild. She needs to get her butt to America already where she can make some real money off this.
  19. He is in SC now. Take it to an exhaust shop and see what they would want for it. I'd try fussing with the dealer over other little stuff but an exhaust or bent exhaust from the previous owner is something they will probably never care about. Plus they would normally want it brought to them rather than taken somewhere else.
  20. Not a bad deal, $4.55 a quart compared to the normal $9
  21. 300 a week, geeze in what world is dog sitting cost more than child care. I'd say just drop it off at trish's house but that's in hilliard so no help.
  22. It doesn't take into account repair cost on used, the field is there but isn't factored into any of the calculations below it.
  23. That seems like a pretty solid deal I may have to pick that up.
  24. not sure that could get more poetic...
