If you are able I would buy one. 40-50 gallon is all you could ever need and would be about 400-$500 with a 12ish year life. It pays for itself in less than 2 years.

Yeah that's kind of tough, when I was at OSU I used to do this type of stuff and moving people all throughout Clintonville-German Village all the time and if you lived in the burbs finding a high school kid in need of cash is easy but that's a tough area to get someone like that. May be best asking around with your neighbors and what not.

Do you really need the bump up to the 250 and the 4x4? I haven't been in a 250 newer then 2011 but all of those the suspension is so incredibly stiff I could never dd one and I love and drive trucks.

For what it's worth a 1 man bleeder at the auto parts store is about the cost of a 6 pack. may be the best way to go. Unless your feeling the need of human comfort with the girl away....

Honestly it's all going to be in the prep. Just like painting a car that's the most important step and it's the step that gets skimped on the most. and then it just matters what you are willing to spend, anyone can spray a house but the best are going to clean it, address any mold or moldew, scrape it sand and feather the loose and peeling paint, seal the cracks, then paint it and not get it all over anything else (plants, ground, cars etc). if you plan on staying make sure the person has the time and plans on doing it right.
