That is such a cool building, I'm like 2 blocks from there and I don't think I ever really realized what that building was used for.

My buddy used to get the one stolen from under his f150 down on campus like clockwork... Always sucks.

I like the entrance a lot, when you said removed the step I didn't understand the goal til that finished image. Very nice.

We use Carl Zipf for everything at work, though I don't know how his rates compare to residential averages.

Sooo I hear you are looking for a truck (nudge nudge) Just kidding, looks like you'd like an SUV. Does MPG matter to you? What about something like a CRV/Pilot, we have 2 CRV's and love them. Subies look like a good option as well. Minivan maybe? not stylish but can certainly haul a heck of a lot more then the other options.

No worries, ya it's nothing against you or others that aren't licensed/insured (my dad included). Similar to what Trish said it's due to the rules we have to play by sadly. The work doesn't have to be done by someone L/I but it has to be quoted by someone who is.

I'll keep that in mind. For this initial step, the GC must be licensed and insured unfortunately.

Looking for someone to come quote about 10 little things on a house my wife and I are looking at. Only rule is must be licensed and insured and be able to provide a written estimate. The states are saying Walmart is going to have to eat the cost and that they should have known better... Agreed. I think Walmart figured by letting it go they would charge it all to the state keep in a good light with it's customers.

EDIT: closing is getting really close so I need to sell asap For sale: 2001 Ram 2500 Regular Cab, 8ft bed with 87,000 Miles. 5.9 V8 2WD 245HP/345ft-lbs Reese hitch electric trailer assist only 87,000 miles motor runs strong and shifts well. Full disclosure: A buddy of mine is the fleet manager for the City of Dublin so in talking, I had been looking for a truck and he had some to get rid of. So that's where I got it from about 6 months ago. I have their internal fleet records for the maintenance performed on it for the past 7 years or so. I've been using it to remodel a house, plus move stuff around for my wedding, along with many misc landscaping gigs. Has never been used for snow removal. The bad: all of the norms for a 12year old work truck; ripped seat, cracked dash, normal rust(no soft spots or holes) In the past 5000 miles or so it's had brake lines, brakes, tires, drive shaft, control arms and bushings.
