How long before you plan to use it? In my oppinion the answer to your question is no, the lender doesn't care as long as it's not cash. Transfers from other accounts in your name are all allowed they will just want to see that those funds have been in the account for x period of time. If you are talking about buying a house in the next 6 months it may not be worth the hassle but the best open is probably an investment account. Lol when a demon runs an 11.6 it's probably not the cars fault... I've never driven a demon but have driven a number of hellcats and vettes and the vettes in my opinion feel so much more planted and I felt better connected to the car which led to a more enjoyable experience. Ahhh the nostalgia.... carriage back in the day, while gross, was awesome. I grew up just on the other side of the river and my sister and I used to go see 2 random movies for a buck a piece and get Rally's and dilly bars from DQ. The good ole days... I really enjoyed this movie but have never had a worse movie viewing experience. About once a month the wife and I go see a movie midday on a Friday and it's great, always quite, few people, easy to get in and out. This one we saw midday on a Saturday that the couple next to us kept trying to 'catch' the things coming off the screen in 3d and he spent the whole movie trying to cough a lung out of his body. I get the rising market, even though being above 2006 levels are pretty darn scary and some shady lending practices have returned. And that Columbus is a hot bed for a lot of things but the part that kills me is watching these builder grade Homes from the 80's- early 2000's sell for top dollar with zero updates or real amenities. Yes and it felt useless. It was an early 2000's house that had little to no topsoil and the yard was hard as a rock even after rain and pre watering. Since then on the past 2 houses I've switched to aerating and then seeding instead with better results. Though you probably have far better soil so it may work better.
