  4. Haha came here to mention that. Their lease is now void... idiots. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  5. Ever... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  6. I've seen it all over both public and private Facebook things so I'm sure it'll be a hot mess soon... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  7. I kept telling people before the tourney started that given how crazy this regular season was this would be the craziest tourney we have seen yet. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  8. Definitely negotiable. Think of it this way, the basics are they are trying to take msrp minus the expected value of that unit in 3 years and get you to pay the difference. That starting point of msrp is very negotiable think of it as you literally buying a car because to them it's the same thing. They are just 'selling' the unit to Infiniti financial instead of to you. All the packages, options, etc are up for grabs. As an example another member on here just leased a Q70 redsport for 420/mo 0 down... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  9. If your looking in that realm check out the new compass. Vs the Cherokee. Looks 10x better and you can get a lot of options for the money. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  10. How much movement are we talking about? Theirs a lot of settling that is tolerable by code also wall allowed to bow 3/4" over any 5 foot(maybe 6 ft) span and be acceptable. But I'm with Scott, if you love a house throw an offer out and get a real bid and go from there. Worst case your out a few hundred for the inspection. I'd believe very few people are actually going to have already had their foundation looked at and less are going to disclose it. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  11. It's all relative I guess... they are going to recapture the deprecation one way or another... and those numbers are just off the dealer site, could be cheaper in the real world. Heck scat packs are 4k down even base model civic lx's are 3k down. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  12. 2018 Q50 3.0t awd $340 4k down 2017 Q60 3.0t awd $390 4k down 2018 Q60 3.0t awd $450 4k down Though I bet you could get a solid deal on an off lease 2015/2016 aswell. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

  14. Do you actually need a steel toe or just the weather protection of a boot? Personally I take between 15000 and 25000 steps a day around pavement, some gravel, snow, rain, some mud, etc. Coworkers wear high end boots, steel toe heavy boots, and tennis shoes. I opted for columbia hiking boots and have been happy with them. Comfortable, good looking, protection and most important to me they are super light. I hate the feeling of dragging around a 5lb weight with every step. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  15. There is actually a command and conquer copy/mod thing that plays in a web browser and allows for lans it's pretty cool, we play on lunch at work sometimes. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  16. Ice, sooo much ice. I was on my way to work around 6:30 this morning and 270 from Hilliard to grove city was a sheet. I saw at least a dozen cars wreck. I can't believe ODOT didn't brine or salt... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  17. If you let her test drive a 3.0 TT awd Infiniti q50 or q60 I bet you lunch it wins this contest...
  18. Obviously it's a dealership so it's just a starting point but mainly options. That blue is more desirable vs the red , nav, blind spot and the other little safety features in that pack, driver settings keys, etc I'd want the awd if I was looking it that realm. To be honest I think you need to just get her in some options and see. Shoot maybe something half the price like a Ford fusion titanium will fit the bill. To throw put some other options, ats, cts,xts-v, used mustang, a bunch of those c class Mercedes are fairly cheap and fun/comfortable to drive, Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  19. There are a lot of wholesalers locally but obviously they mostly only sell to dealers. Ohio is a huge market for wholesalers to bring southern trucks too. Do you have really rough guidelines on what you want or really specific? Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  20. If you liked age of empires did you ever play statecraft, Warcraft or total war? Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  21. I'm bias since I and a few others on here work for the competition (manheim in grove city). Because of the ohio repo laws all ohio repo are open to the public. As with anything there are both amazing deals and awful ones. At our auction I work with the team the certifies repos, a mechanic will inspect topside and underneath and drive the vehicle and flag any issues. Upside to the fair is their fees are cheaper. Downsides are their tech is a lot worse, inventory is rougher, they run less cars, the fix less cars. All lease turn ins and what not are dealer only. But that means anyone from toybarn to Frank's buy here pay here can bid on them. Which also means JET is a good contact for this as they buy at both auctions. I have an Audi r8 slated if anyone has 90k burning a hole in your pocket [emoji6]. It all depends on what your looking for but in the dd world you can get 17 camrys and sonatas for 11k ish. Or my personal favorite 17 mirage's with 6-10,000 miles for 6-7k and enjoy that 100k mile warranty... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  22. Thanks I appreciate it. My main pc has dual 390's then 2 mid level cards so not breaking any records or anything but if it means bringing in an additional 2-3k a year for minimal effort it seems it may be worth while. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  23. Anyone know of an easy walk through how tos/sites to mine by chance? I have 3 gaming computers that sit idle 98% of the time and am thinking I wouldn't hate and extra few hundred bucks /month... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  24. Ya an energy audit should probably be your first step Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  25. You may not have a bunch of stuff but for what it's worth an estate sale may be worth while depending on how much more you need to go through. I personally know holly and her daughter from salesbyholly.com and they are kind, respectful and can make the process really easy with no cost to you. And will even remove anything that doesn't sell if you want. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
