  1. Honestly it sounds like you need to just bite the bullet and swing through carmax and spend an afternoon test driving options...
  2. Tim does interiors as well for what it's worth. When I bought a nasty van at auction he went through every square inch of the interior and had it back to like new. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  3. Personally, Grand Cherokee High Altitudes and bmw X6s top my list. Tons of comforts and options, great styling, solid 4wd systems and an abundance of power. But let's be honest, she has been driving a Sedona for the past decade. She deserves an open check book and any suv of her choosing. I'd say SRX, I've never met a woman who drove one and disliked it. Otherwise probably something in the rdx world. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  4. Have you talked to Jordan at all? He should be able to get this done no problem. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  5. Something seems off with this, they say 17k off msrp but only show 10k in incentives. Seems like they are making some additional assumptions like a trade in or something. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  6. I think your on the right path but to add options... Probably not your thing but have you at least driven any of the Infiniti awd options or something in the cts/ats/xts family? Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  7. And some are including only principle and interest while others are including principle, interest, taxes, insurance, pmi, etc in the number. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  8. Would love a chance to drive one of these. SRT Grand Cherokee's are still one of my top favorite cars. That 4wd puts your butt in your seat harder than any hellcat I've driven. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  9. You show me a truck that's used for work and I'll show you one whose 700$ chrome bumper is dented to shit and the tailgate is pushed in... But in all seriousness your right those features really aren't ment for the commercial side as much as the suburban dad trailering his boat bit they can help either way. A good friend worked for Brickman and was the only one of like 20 guys who was allowed to tow the loader because the others hit stuff too much and while I get it that's the cheap world of landscaping, every landscaper has a truck and a trailer. Also I can tell you from experience the 2500 Cummins fully loaded with heated seats, leather, nav and tech packs aren't selling to the suburbs. They are selling to corporations, oil companies, municipalities, utility companies, builders, etc Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  10. There's a LOT of discussions on this, try biggerpockets.com for some good info but the basic premise is that the only reason banks are willing to finance homes is because of the way homes are ammertized with heavy to all interest payments at the beginning. The interest charged/paid each month is also rather fixed. A heloc on the other hand is compounding interest daily based on the current balance. Often you can also open lines of credit at or below the interest rates on your home. So how it works is let's say you have a 150k loan you open a heloc for say 50k and take that and apply it all to the balance of the principal on the home. Then while making your regular payment on your mortgage you are putting everything extra back into paying off the 50k loan. Speed and frequency become important, things like say paying 10$ a day towards the 50k vs paying 300$ a month towards it, while the same amount one reduces the interest you'll pay in the end. Once you pay off the 50k you pull it out again and do it again. And so on til you are paid off. Eventually ending with your balance on a line and no mortgage. This allows you to be charged interest on with you actually owe vs what the amortization tables states. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  11. If you are liking the durango go check out grand cherokees. Probably the altitudes would be best id think for you. Sporty, quick, comfortable, 4x4 system is fantastic, tons of comforts. Also when looking at the 300S remember the S is only an appearance package not performance so keep all 300's open. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk

  17. 155 for 2 phones? I'd see of it can get any cheaper for what that's worth. We pay 160 for 4 phones and 15gb on Verizon and that was including the monthly payment on 4 phones Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  18. Pictures would help a bit, it depends on what kind of market your in/number of bedrooms but i'd encourage you to leave a tub in the house, esp since this is the only bathroom. It matters when you sell. I'd have the tub refinished. With the back up option of tearing everything out and creating 1 amazing looking bathroom with a shower. The value add is probably worth it to add a bathroom if possible, there's gotta be 15 sq ft somewhere... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  19. I like Christmas but hate Christmas movies and songs. Probably because they are just too played out. I do like nightmare before Christmas though. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  20. I can't speak to this car specifically but vw's in general, people often miss categorize them as having sludge when they don't. Your basic way to check is to pull the dip stick and oil cap, next step is the valve cover or pan but not really an option for you here. People often find a yellow, milk shake thickness, substance stuck to the oil cap and call it sludge but it is not. Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
  21. being able to vacuum shrink memory foam mattresses was such a game changer to the industry. In the space it would take to ship 6 mattresses from Asia to here we could send like 75 memory foam beds.
  22. Yea, Manheim. Sometimes I wish I could just bring normal people in and just test drive everything in your wholesale price range, even things that aren't on your radar... Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
