I have a set of Moser axles that I purchased and installed studs (Moser). I then realized that I ordered the wrong spline :dumb:. Obviously I can't send them back since I installed the studs. FYI if those are the gaskets I sold you they should be LS3 head gaskets check the writing around the edge, it should say 6.2. Either way they are the correct gaskets for the heads/6.0 combo.

3-4 clutch plates most likely. Same thing happened to mine.

Almost 100% positive the transmission will need to be out of something pre-96 as 95 was the last year for OBD 1 in most of the GM vehicles including the van. It will have to be out of a 2wd, assuming yours is a 2wd. 4L60-E is 96+.

Either way you are going to need a cdl and a bigger trailer. 7-ton will be over weight if the m35 is 13k. 14k gvw trailer is pretty heavy on its own.

Without seeing the data on whats happening, things I would check are gap on the plugs which I assume are correct if you checked it. Verify a good seal at the MAF since you had the lid off. Double check your trans fluid level, could be starving the converter. Any issues before the service that you know of?

I have a hard time believing anything that Ford says when it regards a potential warranty issue. I have on numerous occasions fought (and won) with the Ford warranty department and their engineers about the fuel system on the 6.0 and 6.4 Powerstrokes. They are quick to point the finger at the consumer. I have paid for several outside tests that all backed my beliefs up. Once they were presented with the results, they ended up giving in. However with that being said, it is a business and they do need to stand their ground in order to keep a positive cash flow rolling in. If I paid the $60k or whatever those trucks cost, I would not be happy. I will look in one of the owner’s manuals and see if I can post more details on what the suggested uses of the Raptor are.
