    We won’t get any real snow this year. Why? Because I have 4 SUVs sitting in my driveway ready for it. The year that I’m driving something low, hell yes, we’ll have snow up to our neck, but not this year. I’ll guarantee it!

  5. Wheel repair

    One wheel on the Mercedes is going low weekly. Discount tire says it's the wheel, corroded on the lip.

    I didn't get to see it, so I'm not sure how badly.

    Looks like a replacement is about $200 on fleabay. Would it be worth it to go to wheel medic, or just replace it?

    Should I ask for someone specific?

    Get a can of fix a flat and you won’t have to worry about that. Same thing happened on my wife GL.

    When life give you lemons, make lemonade.

     

    I had a similar experience last year. Found a 04 Tacoma on CL, frame was rusty, mainly surface but no holes. Later on found out that the mfer that sold me the truck filled three rust hole with bondo. I had Jon of Moorespeed Motorsport patch the holes up with metal plates. Did some deferred maintenance on it, drove it a year, took the SC off of it and sold It to someone that loved it.

     

    Chalked it up as a learning experience and move on. Good luck to both parties.

    I'm sure I'm missing something but I don't understand this one? There is nothing wrong with assigning a title to someone in a different state?

    If she still making payments means the car is still owned by the bank. It’s the bank’s problem. If she really want to solves this just go to the main DMV and they can be taken care of, and go early in the morning when those DMV workers are still nice

    can you share the link to where it was confirmed? so far from what I am reading it's just a theory based only on the US investigation and not anything proven.

    I think it’s “conveniently” labeled as Canadians, I would bet there are Americans on that plane but those are “contractors” or “agents”

    Hello all

     

    Over the years I must have bought thirty vehicles but no matter how shitty it is I’m always there to see and test it.

    I’m coming up with a vehicle that I can just buy for parts and that worth it, but how do I go about buying a vehicle sight-in-seen?

    How do I pay and not get ripping off?

    How do I know the buyer will follow thru and get the vehicle to the shipper?
