Exactly...If you were a theif would you break into shitty houses in your own area were you know no one has shit,and there's a good chance of you getting shot in the process or would you travel to some nicer area were the people have an "it won't happen to or doesn't happen here mentality", probably have nicer shit to steal,won't put up a fight and probably won't expect it.Tough call. I feel the same way to an extent.I think some condo/townhome/MI or whatever company housing developments are the same way.Depends on the location and age of the neighborhood. Imho,I think the cop who used the taser in the first link justified.I know it was a simple speeding violation but when the officer went to search him and asked him more then once to put his hands on the hood he simply walked away towards the truck.Who knows what he could have been going to do.Drive off? get a gun? get a bat? grab a snickers bar? The cop could have been less of an asshole by not yelling, but simply turning around and placing his hands on the hood would have avoided him getting tased.

Does trails require dry cell batteries that have been moved to the trunk to be in a sealed and vented box?
