This. I used to be an avid biker, but in Cali, they are fucking dead serious about bicycle laws. I don't mind them so much when they aren't acting they own the whole fucking road, which is all too often when I'm on a backroad weekend cruise. I like to wave at them with my middle finger and a smile. I get a kick when they wave back and probably realize at the last second just how I"m really waving.

Seen that vid. Pretty cool. With the barn owl, which is near the same size, it puffs up to appear bigger and more frightening. However, with the larger bird of prey, they will generally mimic a branch or other birds of prey that seem more aggressive or less tasty to whatever is threatening it. Not 100% on what kind of owl but I believe it's a type of Scops-owl. However, more than one species is capable of this behaviour.

Anyway, my knee jerk reaction was to get riled up, as well. I at first found it 'in bad taste'. However, I learned some more facts and that, combined with our constitution and the fact I cannot fucking stand double standards, I've decided not to freak out about it. On a side note: A couple of you need to understand you can let the hate go. You're not overseas fighting any longer and the hate you hold will rot your hearts and ruin you. Please, understand I'm not saying you have to love everyone or some shit. Or that some people may not deserve a good hating. But it's your health, judgement and life on the line.
