Ferguson part 2 aka stupid dumbfucks, missouri edition mkii
ImUrOBGYN replied to unfunnyryan's topic in Dumpster
I dunno. Genetics. -
Jesus, don't think I could listen to that Vanessa chick freak out another second. I gotta go w/Grant on this one. Don't instigate shit w/people and be surprised when they flip their shit. You wanna throw someone the finger, cut them off, or brake check them, etc? Go ahead, but know you may've just fucked with the wrong person today. Too many fuckin' crazies. As far as this case is concerned, once they were scared from crazy lady they handled things accordingly, but I'm willing to bet they weren't 100% innocent. Crazy lady laser-focused on them for a reason.

Nice. GL w/the pulls.

Somewhere there's an opportunity for a good flippin the bird joke in here... Or perhaps not a good one, but it exists, dammit.
-
That's pretty cool. We had one chilling on the fence by the backdoor the other day. Our dogs are too big, though. haha I have seen birds taken and I've seen a rabbit taken by a redtail right in front of me. I've also had owls take a rabbit and a small cat from right in front of me at night (within 20-25ft max). Damn owls are silent. Would still love one as a pet. --- Skip this if you don't want to hear about dead birds and bird ownership: I actually started to get into falconry back in the late 80s to help deal with pigeon problems. Too bad shorty after, some of what would've been my largest clients, went with poisoning vermin and pigeons instead. What a cluster fuck that was. One of the places was my school and their very extensive barn system. You should've seen the sheer numbers of suffering and dying birds laying everywhere contaminating hay and feed and poisoning local cats, coons, etc. I ended up saving a bunch of young pigeons, taking them home, caring for them and eventually having a small group of pigeons I got into. (I had 10acres with all kinds of animals I cared for. A few more pigeons were nothing and they were fun to train for homing and shit.)

He's just letting some past personal experience cloud his judgement of others.

Ye3ah, it's still pretty tempting but given we have another one in the living room and would like a ps4, it's hard to justify. I needed a new backup drive and a blue laser to burn things with, anyway.

wt... hahaha

The one that died recently was one I repaired a few years ago. Lasted a good long time. It's one the fatties we've had for like 8yrs total. I mean this thing is heavily used; everyday use. Anyway, I just don't feel like repairing it again or paying 100 bucks when that could go to a ps4 later. We do have another ps3 slim we bought when the old one died before I had a chance to attempt the repair so we're not without some gaming/entertainment streaming, etc. I think I'll pick up that HD enclosure today and pull the bluray laser while I'm at it. Should provide some good blue laser fun.

Found this: http://www.microcenter.com/product/357189/NexStar_CX_25_SATA_to_USB_20-eSATA_Portable_External_Hard_Drive_Enclosure Little more expensive (still pretty cheap, though) but it supports USB 2.0 and eSATA of which I have both. I'm really leaning towards the eSATA. Hell, it's even faster than firewire. Hard to pass up its speed. After some quick research: eSATA = upto 3Gb/s USB 2.0 = upto 480Mb/s
-
That's cheap as balls. Anyone know long would it take to backup, say 2-300g only using USB compared to an eSATA connection?
-
Some of you do realize that just because you or your closest friend no longer do something doesn't mean everyone else has stopped, as well.

Pffft. It's all about the Lincoln Logs. My ass is a self sustaining creator of log cabins every morning. It only costs me what I ate which is generally less than 20 bucks. Winner: My ass. Loser: Anyone who plays with my logs second-hand.

One of my old PS3s took a dump and I'm looking to still use the HD within. As the title says, I would like to get an inexpensive enclosure for the harddrive. It's a laptop HD so should use a 2.5. This will primarily be a backup device for my laptop which does have an eSATA connection. Any related recommendations or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

It's not the noise pollution. It's the Irvine Company. For those of us who are familiar with them, (I was born in Southern California and I'm VERY familiar with the Irvine area and its history), this comes as no surprise. It's far too much to get into The Company here, but suffice to say they're behind the closure. They have been making formal complaints from, get this, their construction site for future condos/apts. This is simply some proactive work by a group known for their ridiculous shit and rules. The city is pretty much owned and run by this 'company'. It's actually not even a regular city. Fuck that place. Fuck them.

Haha I immediately had a vision of someone doing that.

Thinks he's a troll; needs better comment to prove it.

Been hunting for a queen. If it shrinks out in the sun, I'll pick it up. Otherwise, gl.

Haha Holy shit. Can I not debate an opinion without being accused of being angry or taking things too seriously? How many smilies do I have to add for folks to get that? I've already been penalized by Johnny, I mean Voltron, for surpassing the excepted smiley quota. I will attempt to address this all. ----------------------------- You're probably 100% right. However, what people are missing is that it qualifies for the category and is accepted as such. The debate here isn't whether we consider it an import or not but whether it qualifies in the professional automotive racing world as an import. It does in this case and its record stands. Is the same Lexus I saw an 80yr old driving yesterday. Of course not. You two are hilarious. lol Fine, I'll accept the misuse of smilies. But you get a -10pt deduction for thinking I was actually upset.:bangbang::doh: I'm keeping the Schnauzies. Which sound to me like Nazi Schnauzers. I'm curious just how deep it runs, as well. I would like to reinforce a point, my only serious one here, that I mentioned earlier in this post. And that is it's considered an import where it matters; the category it competes in and regulations qualify it as an import. It's not the same as Nascar, for example where the cars really are almost exactly alike, "import" or "domestic". Anyway, we're all looking far too hard into this and getting away from the actual accomplishment. It competed in a category where it's accepted and that's its record time. I didn't make the rules. Call it what you will.
-
Dig it. And, of course, love the color.
-
Nice! He was way out of the groove on that record run, too.
-
Mr. Bravo, I do agree with you if you still wanted to call it a Lexus or even a Supra. It is, however, an import built with Toyota parts or made-for Toyota parts, plus aftermarket shit, of course. Kirk... That's a ridiculous statement partially explained by my reply to Johnny above. I think you may've exaggerated a bit in a futile effort to prove your misguided point. Maybe, I could agree with you if it were powered by a mustang motor or even a domestic of some kind. If nothing else, the heart of the beast is a 2JZ, an imported Japanese motor. No dingoes or coyotes.:burn::eek2::marc: Anyway, I see what you mean but it's just not as relevant in this case.
-
Yeah. The whole time I'm reading the article, I'm thinking, "Wouldn't it be ironic now if he came back with AIDS or some other life threatening illness. To be fair, if this was recent (wasn't paying attention to any possible dates), some things take time to show up. And has really gotten EVERY test? Like a chlamydia test? If you've had one or know how one is performed, you'd know why I was concerned with whether he's actually had one performed. Ew.
-
New record for fastest import in the US. This may be the 2nd fastest import overall, though. PR representin'! 2JZ Lexus

Yes, they're nowhere near as quiet as the movies would lead you to believe. Also, here's a pic of me and a couple buddies on our way to hunt last week. Real men don't wear clothes when they hunt. http://www.ruscelli.com/images/caveman07c3orig.jpg
