I had a guy about 9 years ago came into my office with a complaint of neck pain. So I do the standard questions about how it happened. When I asked him how he got injured he said "do you really need to know" I said of course I do. I could tell he was a little embarrassed, he turned a little pink in the face. He says" We the old lady and I were in bed and I was down there for a while and she cinched up her legs when she climaxed and my neck has hurt since." You don't even know how hard it was not to roll on the floor and laugh. I have many stories like this form over the years

He had an obstruction in the barrel. If I was to guess he accidentally stuck the barrel in the dirt/mud while walking and plugged it. Or he may have fired a shot before that one and the bullet never left the barrel. The chamber pressures are so high that can happen.

So I made my personal collection call today. They guy was not in the office, so I told his girl at the office that he needs to call me today. About 15 minutes later he calls me on my cell. We had a discussion about if he is going to fix the damage or not. He said he is willing to do a "patch job". My answer was "I don't think so. It was not a patched driveway before, and its not going to be on now. So at this point it looks like we will end up in court about this whole ordeal. In the mean time I will be growing mosquitoes bye the thousands due to the standing water in my yard.

I think that is BS that the other kids were "supposed to narc". The school needs to police the kids, not the kids policing other kids. If the one that knew about the hack but did not cheat, snitched. They would have either got a major beat down, or they would be forever known as "the snitch". If I knew, I would not have said anything either. I hate a snitch. Our State Board put a "snitch rule" in our laws. We are supposed to run and tell the board everything we see. I keep my mouth shut unless patients are in danger. Let the police be the police.

IIRC those have a very high crash rate. I dont think I would get in it once it is fixed. That thing is going to need a complete tear down inspection and most likely a rebuild of the power plant, transmission system, flight controls, etc. I would guess he will have more in the rebuild than what the original value was. I owe them about $1500 on the job. The estimate to fix the drive is $2500. At this point, the owe me 1K.

I sent a certified letter to the contractor yesterday. I included a copy of the quote to fix the driveway. I will see if they will call me back. If I do not hear from them by saturday, then Monday it is off to small claims court.
