well i have the support for over 400 thats why I wanted to try and get it tunned a little more before I just go adding more boost and fuel to it right now,. but I have ran into some kind of sensor/ electrical issue and until I get that straight my tunning is on hold. Great way to dive into the deep end of the audi world i guess. I was hoping to inch my way but it looks like there is no time for that now lol, but hopefully fingers crossed I will be back on the road again this weekend.

I am not sure I have been trying to read up if lemmiwinks is compatible but I have not had to much time to do research on that but I will. Is lemmiwinks pretty basic or does it let you tune a lot of parameters of the car? I am pretty sure I need a better tune as I am aiming to run over 400whp. I called ips and they said you were out to lunch and I never got a call back Is there a time today I can call you thorne to talk a little more in depth on this subject?

Take your aftermarket stuff off. sell it to c-max and sell the aftermarket stuff to make up the difference. Thats your best bet by far

This is a easy one and only you can make the final decison but what you ahve to ask yourself is can you be ok with buying a built car that someone did and not you? Or do you have to build it so you know how well the job was done and have that pride also? Otherwise if you say that you can live with knowing that someone did the work then go ask shanton how much money he has into his gti and knowing he would have sold it for what was it down to 6,000? There are great built cars out there as long as you can live with the fact you are not 100 percent on how well it was done and that you didnt do the work yourself but will save you a ton of money. I dont ahve the means to build a car right now ( no garage and not a lot of time) but wanted something nice so I looked around and picked up my car for half of what just the parts alone cost so a total of about 1/3 of what you acn build it for with only say 3000 miles on the motor. yes it needs some things ehre and there but nothing to expensive and nothing that is keepiong it from running( mostly time comsuming cosmetic stuff) Hope that helps you and if you are interested in pulling the trigger right now I know of a bad ass gti that runs high tens for 6,000 and he has well over 10k in parts for the motor alone. shoot me a pm

Depends on your budget it lol You acn get some ls6 heads for a good price and then even port those from there. i am not sure how well the 317 heads are from the trucks I know they like turbos but dont know how well they like n20 even though its all FI I am sure they will be ok and are a lot cheaper. Or If you want to go all out there is always trickflow or AFR

Bottom end will handle probably anything you will ever throw at it. Get a good set of heads and a fast intake and you will be set on the top end for just about anything you want to throw at it also. All will vary on car and what power etc but if going spray with a cam and stock heads ls6 intake you can make over 500, get some heads added into that and you will make 600+

UM yes it has much more than what i believe the basic falsh can handle at this point. It runs decently on the 870 flash that is on it but I can feel and here it breaking up, esp bad when cold, and would like to get it smoothed out and running better

Ty I called them yesterday and tney were not very helpful at all. And when I talked to them it seemed like they ahad no idea and was speaking something foreign to them so I would not trust them to touch my car.

I searched and could not find any definitive results so here goes I have a Eurodyne flash on the car right now ( B5A4 1.8t quattro) not the maestro, and was looking to get it tunned. Any local shops able to tune it for me? thank you

ya people said they send you a spring and washers and tell you to add as needed but that seems a little hood rich to me wich would fit right in with this car so far. found a 11# spring that I am going to pick up today and toss that in see how well it works and might run to lowes and shim it if this new spring doesnt work

I BOV spring. I am running 22 vac right now and I am unsure of what spring i need for this bov to put it to 18-20 so it will idle correctly. Any input is appriciated or if you ahve a spring laying around you think will work lmk. ty
