I love it. My Passport 8500 X50 was stolen and I replaced it with the 9500i. The GPS feature is genius! Both the x50 and the 9500i have saved me many times. I highly suggest the 9500i even over the V1.

I like napsters unlimited plan. you buy their device and you can update it as much as you want pretty cheap. the songs on the device will lock though if you do not pay the monthly fee.

Yes I know Palmore. He is insane. Unless you want to get crazy in the mod scene all you need is a TSOP flash. Running different bios' are worthless unless you want to try to sneak by xbox-live, dev work, and other useless stuff. Save the money. ATM I am in Florida so I am not available until after Jan 10th.

RAM specs pending it could run a shoutcast server with remote access to the playlist and music library. Low bit rate with only 1 user connected to it the box should be able to handle it. Even better if he was running linux.

Ive read similar articles about the problem but I have yet been able to recreate the corruption. Im sure it will be patched, but since I nor does it look like you would be editing remotely so I would not be worried atm. One thing I really love about home server is the uTorrent client built in. When I am at work I remote in to my server, and dl torrents as they get released throughout the day.

Yeah technically you are correct, a softmod for the xbox1 I believe can be done without a TSOP flash but I consider TSOP flash a softmod because all it is joining 2 solder points and useing a glitch in 007 video game. TSOP flash can do everything a modchip can do but the convenience of switching bios' and some other small features but the interface and everything you can do will be the same. I used to do these for like 25 bucks all the time but to be honest to you it is really really simple to do yourself. All you need is a hex driver, solder iron, memory card, and a legit copy of 007 non platinum edition. I suggest the new HP Windows Home Server. Very easy to use and setup, kinda of expensive but works well.

I think real alcantara inserts, and headliner which is the same color as stock will not make it rice at all. a professional stereo with carputer is hardly rice, JL sub flushmounted (yes 1 not 3), JL speakers, amp, and tweeters done right will look OEM+. XP is basically a skinned version of w2k. I would make sure you have all the windows updates, maybe uninstall IE and reinstall it. You could also install FireFox and see if you have the same issues.
