I can appreciate everything, I grew up knowing muscle cars which is why the Trans Am is still one of my favorite cars, but growing up in this time I also have a great appreciation for imports...mainly Toyota. My favorite styling by far is European though, they are usually so clean. Hence why the Arthritis show is one of my favorites, it's just a huge appreciation for all cars. If people put their time and effort into it, there is no reason to not appreciate their work even if it is a lowrider, muscle car, import, off road truck, whatever. You may not like the way it looks, but they are doing the same thing all of us are...just a different platform.

I bought the car off of a good friend of mine and when i drove the car I noticed no issues. He never mentioned any issues when we talked about the car while it was still running. I'm sure it is a possibility, just not a big issue here I suppose.

That is crazy...you only need to see the first like 30 seconds, but I have never seen a truck do doughnuts like this. The 6 second diesel vid is sweet too. I really like diesels and haven't really though about the after market beyond exhaust and tune. There is a lot of good info in this thread for sure.

Mine is set at 14.7 for the fuel cut reason, once my rebuild is done that MAY change depending on finances.

Haha, I look for it every time I go by, I'll have to stop in sometime and say hello. I have a white MR2, and the Supra has the motor ripped out of it right now. It's sitting at the shop I work at. I work up the street at The Northend Wrench between Cooke and Morse. We do a lot of work with C.A.R.S across the street from you.

Hello fellow MK3 Supra owner. Just a heads up there is a TSB out for the torque on the head bolts, I don't remember exactly what it is right off hand, but they did raise the torque specs. If you want to run 350-400hp I would seriously consider just stepping up and buying a HKS head gasket. The one on my car was around $350, especially if you are considering running 17-18lbs. You may also want to consider forged pistons, the stock internals don't like much more than 15lbs. I bought my car non-running and was supposedly dynoed around 400hp at 14.7lbs. You don't need to run crazy boost to be where you want to be. Welcome and feel free to ask me any questions.
