All going to savings, might put a little towards a portable GPS.

The back looks a little more retro....took cues from the 70's. I also agree that the huge front/top window is a little much, but it's a concept, so i would expect something like that.

Was this for MAG? Automotive Appearance Pros have had like 3 of these things in like the last week for tint...... so clean looking.

Got wing? Lol, car looks great, still love the little roof spoiler along w/ the trunk spoiler. The rims really set the car off, have you thought about a small red pinstripe lip? Not my car, but just a question i guess!

Might give A-Transmission masters a call, they have built all of our truck/van transmissions for towing, we also audit out work to them at the shop. Great people to work with, just another place to get a quote from. On Huntley near 161.

Oh yeah! Man i forget what that thing is, we worked on that thing too. I'm pretty sure it was a ford. I remember Dwight pulling it in and we gave him the "Dwight you need that car" speech. An older guy owns it. Its not an old ltd like below is it, b/c thats what I'm thinking of. http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z39/crossle_sean/DSCN0062.jpg -

I think i know which house you are talking about, he has two cars that have that stuff glued on them i think? There is a early 90's accord that runs around clintonville w/ cartoons glued all over it, we worked on it at the shop one day lol. -
The guys website is pretty sweet, some crazy volvos in the "filmar" section....not english. I can't tell if it is a shop that has built them, or it is one guy that builds them. http://www.p-bjorck.se/

Ring and middle finger on left hand missing...right hand drive. That would be a little awkward to shift to say the least. Cool story!
-
Wow thats super close to me, I'm at Olentangy and Henderson...ish. Haven't seen the car though, how often is it out? Oh, and welcome.

Cadillac XLR-V, if i could go old school it would definitely be a 1970 1/2 Trans Am, i don't like driving what everyone has lol.

Speaking of Audi in general Appearance Automotive Professionals, who do window tint, stereo, lights etc.... had a brand new R8 at the store on Indianola b/w morse and cooke today and yesterday. That car is jaw dropping in person. On topic, S4's are a ton of fun to drive, would love to have one as a daily. Germany's pride in their parts keeps me away though.

"First come first serve" with how people don't show to pick up shit now a days, first person to the door gets it. I sell stuff that way, but if you called and he sold it when you were on the way that would be different. In your defense, it's nice that YOU are a man of YOUR word, but the seller doesn't know that unfortunately.

VW is worse than Audi trust me, i like the cars, but just stay away. Most common issues w/ those things are CV shaft boots tearing, pcv stuff, front suspension (almost a carbon copy of the audi front suspension) audi/vw are the same car essentially. I haven't seen a lot of suspension issues with volvos....just for the love of God stay away from the V70 "cross country" I haven't quoted one of those cars for less than $1200 on a "check over" and it is legitimate safety issue stuff, they are just pieces of shit to be blunt. Volvos have PCV issues that require taking off the intake manifold to fix most of the time, I've also noticed a lot of the turbo volvo's seep oil at the turbo, most of volvo's issues come after 135K+ depending on maintenance, otherwise Volvo's are usually a pretty good choice. Subarus are excellent, working at the shop has made me want to own one for a daily. If you maintain them they last forever. Usually i see a lot of maintenance stuff, don't usually see major engine issues. We see a lot of rear wheel bearings, CV shafts and valve covers as far as "common issues" other than maintenance. I would recommend Subaru over Volvo. I would not recommend VW right now.

Service mode ftl on the A6...prepare to remove the front bumper/grill/headlights/bracing etc...just to do the serp. belt. Not sure on how much you work on your own stuff, just a heads up. Most of the cost comes with labor b/c you have to tear half the car apart to do anything it seems. Front suspension isn't too bad as long as you don't put heavier wheels on the car, it seems like it breaks more often just b/c it has so many more parts than most cars. But yeah Carl mentioned the main things above.... It's not a horrible car, but the Germans are very proud of their parts and labor is usually longer than most cars. If you don't maintain them they tend to go into a spiral of things going wrong and ends up being junk.

Good it's about time he get taken down for this stupid shit. I'm tired of hearing it, tired of hearing people argue in favor that it exists, and tired of defending my position. Mr. Coleman, I hope you win the Nobel Peace Prize for this..... -
Man Falken's wear out too fast for autox in my opinion Ed. The guy w/ the white miata and gold rota's about two years ago went through 2 1/2 sets in a year.....granted he had to drive the car a distance from his house in Delaware to get to the autox. I think i'm gonna run Yokohama AVS ES100's on the 14's and Continental...something on the Z wheels for street use. All the Euro guys should check out continental, we've got a customer with two S4 Quattro's, A6 Quattro, several 944's all with continentals on them. He does some traveling and really likes them on the highway and they seem to last awhile.

Wow, love the body style and it's a vert, can't go wrong for me there. Welcome!

That is so cool lol. I love to see Legacy's and Forrester's modified like that! It' sjust really different and no one expects it. Welcome!

The concept has a lot lower stance, flip between the concept and the pics in the first link and you really see the profile difference. I disapprove of the pics posted, it's just not right yet. Challenger is sweet, it's a lot of car, but it is still cool.

I went out and got gas in the two and took movie rentals back, the bottom only scraped a couple times. I wonder what colleges are gonna do tomorrow.

Quit bashing him on the price, his asking price is fair. It is a special interest car so it takes a little longer to sell. Just because he isn't handing it away like half of the stuff on here is isn't an excuse to bash him about his asking price. 3K is more than fair and half of the people on here have "hook ups" to fix this car for cheap and you all know it. Bump for a good car. -
You have an MR2? Free bump, i need 14's
-
Yeah i wondered what happened to matt and ryan. I think i talk to Chris? most of the time now. I always asked for matt, he hooked me up a couple of times when i was stuck.
