I am thinking about holding some kind of group training class for cr at a park a couple saturdays a month.
I have not decided on price yet, it would probably be around 10-15 per person. Get together for an hour, work out and then shoot the shit for a little car meet in the afternoon.
would consist of..
Medicine ball
Trx
Kettlebells
bodyweight
It would be more for overall fitness and toning. Also a great deal of weight can be shed off by doing this kind of exercise.
Who would be interested?
Once again this is just to get a feel of it to see if it would work or not.
