  1. Pre-planning your meals, it sucks but it pays off in the long run.
  2. yes it is possible, that isnt that big of a jump in that amount of time. I would say if you are primarly focused on upping your bench.Maybe 1-2 a week.
  3. Ihat happends alot more than people know. Really working out 2-3 days a week is enough. Diet is a little harder to do under stress and lack of time.

  6. National Personal Training Institute- CPT It is a 6 month school cert including 500 credit hours. Broken up between 250 hours, lecture and 250 were practicle. I am in the works on obtaining my trx cert and cross fit cert here this winter. I will be getting my ACE here soon, i have the materials just looking for time to finish it. I have alot of time behind me as a bodybuilder, powerlifter, rowing team, wrestling, football and alot of other fitness experience. I am currently training two bodybuilders, one will be a pro some day! They have put all their trust in me as far as diet, supplementation and work out. They are very pleased and have no intentions of leaving.

  11. I got approached about modeling, i never wanted to have that look. Now that i am all about making money/ investments. I am starting to think well since i put this much time/money into myself. Why not get some back from modeling. What do you think? Cut down/lose some size and go to the modeling side? or Do what i love and what makes me happy?
  12. Just making sure you get to the gym? or training you, coming to your house to pick you up. Carry you to your car and making you drive to the gym?.
