  1. One of my best friends is looking for a new job. She recently moved back here from Colorado and is working three shitty paying part-time jobs at the moment. She has a lot of experience working all kinds of various jobs. She worked at Jegs for a while, Lowe's, various retail jobs, was a radio DJ, worked at a photo store, was a preschool teacher for five years, waitress, clothing stores, etc. She's very outgoing, smart, and friendly. She's looking for a more consistent schedule and at least $14/hr. If anyone has any leads, please let me know
  2. Back when I worked at Lowes I would frequently go into the restroom to wash my hands, and there were times when I would notice someone in the stall and I would take my paper towels after drying, crumple it all up, and "shoot" it above the wall right into the stall. Nobody ever said a word
  3. Hell yeah! That interior looks CLEAN
  4. The T-bird looked GREAT in race car form (I know yours wouldn't look quite like a NASCAR-spec, but still.....)
  5. IMO that generation T-bird looked awesome, go for it!
  6. Idk anything about those things but it looks like a great daily, especially for the price. That interior looks really nice
  7. Georgia is hands down the 2nd best team in the SEC
  8. Took it out for a drive and weaved around a bit. Yeah, it's definitely the driver's front hub. When I would whip the wheel back to the right (shifting weight to the driver's side) it got noticeably louder. Thanks for the responses guys
  9. Interesting, thanks. It better not be the god damn transmission already at 60k miles
  10. I shifted thru the gears, popped it into neutral while coasting, and there was zero change to the sound. It's 100% related to the vehicle speed, not the RPM's or gear. I tried to take a video but the sound wasn't loud enough to be heard on it. I'll whip it around like suggested and hopefully that'll be the clue I need. If it's the hub, I'm assuming that's a pretty quick/easy fix, right? I need to change the pads and rotors anyway
  11. Not really, but that sounds like the easiest way to narrow it down Good question. I only drove it through town so all the turning was at low speed, but fwiw I didn't notice any loud/quiet difference while turning, I should probably take it out to the country and work it through some turns at speed Will do. Definitely not clicking though
  12. My wife has a 2013 Equinox FWD with the 3.6 V6. Just under 60k miles. Nice newer Bridgestone tires, drives straight and quiet. Well on a recent trip it started making a whining sound that almost sounds like a fan or an exhaust leak. You start to hear it around 20 mph and it gets louder and higher pitched as speed increases, then quieter and lower pitched as speed decreases. RPM/gear has zero effect, it's clearly related solely to the vehicle's speed. It sounds like it's coming from the front driver's side, in the engine bay or wheel area. There are no vibrations or any other weird noises. Car runs and drives perfect. I'm assuming this is a failing wheel hub? I've heard wheel hubs/bearings go bad before, and they didn't really sound like this, but I have no idea what else it could be. Your thoughts?
  13. An electric full-size work truck......electric Corvette....electric Camaro......ugh And what does this mean for their racing programs? They just spent $200 million on a "performance center".... http://media.gm.com/media/us/en/gm/home.detail.html/content/Pages/news/us/en/2016/feb/performance-center/0202-performance-racing-center.html

  17. Hell yeah, nice score. Very good looking car. Hopefully you plan on clearing up those headlights, that's the only thing I would touch on the exterior if it were mine, it looks great exactly how it is
  18. Yeah that color looks awesome and I love those wheels. Great looking car
  19. If you add an L or H right before the .jpg it'll be a more reasonable size
  20. Congrats! I've always liked those cars. Sounds like a great choice. For image hosting I use imgur, it's the quickest/easiest out there IMO
  21. My family camped there a lot back in the 90's. Sounds like the bathrooms haven't changed lol
