Perhaps, but it is a nice car and I'm not so sure about the power thing as I've never driven one. Certainly is the case in my MS3 but I suspect the Ford has improved on things. Would highly recommend you drive one or ask the other members here if you're seriously interested. Even though it's FWD, packing a lot of power into a little car like that puts a smile on your face and fits the bill as a daily driver.

Just going to leave this here: 2015 Dodge Charger Hellcat does 0-60 in 2.9 seconds and the quarter-mile in 10.7 https://autos.yahoo.com/news/charger-hellcat-hits-60-under-3-seconds-might-183052913.html

Yes and Yes but at the end of the day it was a 17yr guy/old football player and two women. I'd pay to read the honest feedback from his dad. $5 says dad mentally high-fived his boy. gotta disagree here. I see two women who were likely turned on and wanted to have sex with a young guy. I don't see them as "predators". Now two guys 24 and 32...different story. Yes, I do believe a double standard exists and it's covered below in RC's reply. ^^ 110% truth. Even as a married man of 25yrs, my wife and I still see sex differently. However, it is pretty awesome on those occasions where we're on the same page. :lolguy: Agree. Dude knew what he was doing....up until he opened his big ass mouth and ruined it. Should have waited a few years and kept it going.

My story would I was up late, decided to go out and buy a candy bar at the 7/11 a short drive and as I stepped outside was confronted by an individual in my driveway who came at me with a weapon in his hand. I was in fear for my life and I fired at him until the threat was neutralized. :masturboy:

Ebola's mortality rate is 50-90% depending on the strain. No but then it has a much lower mortality rate. totally relaxed here, but not buying the BS about it not being capable of transmission through means other than direct bodily fluid contact.
-
^^ and that's my point. The scientists and power that be do not know for sure. There's already proof that Ebola strains are famous for replicating differently when entering one person genetically differently from when it enters another. Each new infection is a whole new roll of the dice as to what mutation will develop. That's exactly what happened when H1N1 when crazy 5 years ago. With Ebola, it was the Canadians that found the Ebola Zaire virus was able to be transmitted via respiratory route from pigs to monkeys, both whose lungs are very similar to those of humans. (see my previous links.) Thus what I'm saying is to state that if you've not touch a bodily secretion then you're safe is complete bullshit talk-track and the Gov'ts way of preventing people from freaking out. THAT'S why they have these people hermetically sealed and so highly protected. It's completely possible and likely that it can and will be spread by more than just bodily fluid contact.
-
So if someone has full blown Aids which is also transmitted through similar contact means would be transported in that same manner? Do we transport those patients in the same manner just because of high protocols?
-
^^ my jury is still not in full belief of that. If that was the case, they wouldn't fucking be transporting those people in Atlanta in hermetically sealed suites, bubble tents, ambulances and planes then putting them in such air-tight/controlled isolation wards. My gut tells me they know better. Just because it hasn't been documented in humans yet, doesn't mean it's not transmitted that way. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3498927/ http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1997182/
-
Why the fuck are we allowing people/planes to come from infected countries ? Dumb. Keep them the fuck out until the shit is under control.

^^ This. It's all about the money so why lie. Just be upfront about it. We know you have money, we know you'll pay it and move on, etc....so we're going to pick your pockets.

I've always had great luck with HP. Litterally have one from my wife's first days in law practice back in the 90's and it still works great. Serial connection though

The Note 3 is the first phone I've carried naked with no worries. I mean if it hits concrete, fuck it but overall, the phone is solid and fallen a number of times on tile and wood floors here at the house and hard indoor carpet at the office. It's just funny to me that on some of the other forums people are arguing over 1-2mm in thickness when cases and bumpers add so much more.

Zeibart did a great job on the tint with the MS3 back in 2008. Still looks fantastic.

Welcome! Sexy car for sure.

Perhaps on the old stuff but I've not seen that recently. Light paint correction should fix any difference. Back in 2006 when I sold my then 3yr old Accord Julious did, I removed the bra and it revealed a perfect finish underneath. The slight discoloration/fade appearance was knocked off with a buffer with ease. I had a simliar instance on my MS3 when I removed the body side moldings. May said it would have a yellow stripe where the adhesive was due to age, etc. Nope. Took it off and yes there was a yellow stain in the paint, but a slight hit with a buffer and fine polish took it away 100%.

Wife bought me a pretty sweet day of fun back in the spring and I'm glad I waited until today to do this. Weather was spectacular. Headed out to the Columbus Motor Speedway for 36 laps behind the wheel of number 7. There were all levels of drivers and some folks doing just ride alongs and others doing just 10 lap sprints. Happy to say only one driver over took me during the 36 laps....outside two of the trainers who joined in near the end to showed the handful of us that had 20+ lap packages how it's done and have us follow their lead. Was a lot of fun. About 45 minutes of instruction and insight from a guy that looked like Richard Petty and played the part well. Four laps of instruction with a driver and then on to some real fun behind the wheel. I wish I was able to do this at some of their other venues and much larger tracks, but I still highly recommend it if you're looking for some fun. Special thanks to my son who took some decent pics with a hand-me-down point and shoot camera The Stig? http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/157590559/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/157590563/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/157590564/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/157590561/original.jpg

The full video shows the cop was actually parked in the back of the lot ready to leave, then puts his car in reverse vs leaving so that he can roll on the guy as he's stepping out of the truck The cop claims it was for a seat belt violation but the guy responds by stating he just took it off as he pulled into the station. Dude did nothing to warrant such a reaction and shots to be fired. There was no weapon seen and four shots were fired, 1 clearly when his hands were up in the air and one while facing the officer clinching his abdomen as he was hit. Cop was dead wrong likely way impacted by his previous shooting incident. I would argue and have that perhaps he should have cleared with the officer "may I get my license out of vehicle or bag, etc..." However, when you see the full video, it will make sense as to why he didn't. He wasn't being "pulled over" so his mindset was not on the fact that he's in the midst of a traffic stop. What you will see is a guy who has a cop roll up and tell him to get his drivers license and the dude is in autopilot mode and just did as told in more of an "oh shit" moment...ears tell brain to hurry up and get license...cop just demanded it. That's my new take once I saw the full video.

Sexy time in red. Nice numbers!

100% agree. Never exit unless instructed and certainly don't go making sudden movements like this dude did. Although on the flip-side I do think that trooper way over reacted and even if you don't think so, you have to agree there's no way he was in a life threatening situation. He never saw a weapon, he just assumed... Completely understand approaching a traffic stop amped up a bit, but you must be controlled and able to make better decisions. Not to mention it was like the guy fired 2-3 times and ended up only hitting the guy once in the hip? Talk about nerves.....

I often don't watch much television but something put this in front of me tonight and I couldn't help but share. If you've not already seen this video and even if you have, it's well worth the watch and support for a good cause. It really puts the challenges we all face during our work day in perspective. I must admit I've never welled up with tears and smiled as much as I did while watching this. Be prepared to be inspired by some truly brave children. Yeah....I could jam to this..... ^^ This. Maybe it's just me, but am I the only one thinking the 911 caller was way to calm, cool and casual about the whole thing? Something doesn't seem right there. I mean really isn't the dispatcher wondering why the fuck he's calm and still there watching this guy ? In reality if you really suspected someone of carrying a rifle in WalMart, suspected him of loading it and waving it around, would you stick around to do a play by play?
-
^^ Yep....that's the nest I just referenced in my reply
