You are slow just stop responding. Opening the xbox to mod it is your right to do so. If it breaks or gets banned from xbox live it is not your right to return it for a full refund. Either fix it yourself with x-clamp and keep it out the case or buy a new one. I am speaking from experience here my first 360 I did the x-clamp because my warranty expired. It worked fine for 2 years out of the case then it finally stopped turning on. I wasn't a dick and try to return it I bought a new 360. Guess what that one got banned from xbox live. I didn't return that one either I bought a 3rd xbox. This is how a normal consumer should act.

You are all stupid. When you buy an xbox 360 from anywhere they scan the bar code on the system. That is why there is a clever little cut out on the box. This is attached to your receipt. If you return one with a different UPC they are going to give you a hard time.

I cleared the cache for the market and now I get many things searching for winamp. I don't know why that fixed it but I did that before for google goggles missing from market.

I've used skype before on my mom's computer to talk to my grandpa. She has the cheapest microphone and speakers ever made and he had no problems hearing me. Anything should work as long as there is no feedback.

Minus the bluray addon and websurf (use a laptop) I can do all of that with an unmodded 360 right out of the box =/ Oh and I still watch HD-DVDs on my 360 because it was out first.

I use both of my xbox and ps3 to watch movies. Don't always play a game on them.

Just pull the 360 one off usenet if you have a modded 360. It works fine.

It does have some bugs. I got stuck in a big bolder fighting a scorpion. I jumped on the rock so he couldn't attack me. Some how I fell through the rock. I was able to melee attack him until he died. Only way out was to fast travel.

x-clamp fix is that what yo did? mine still overheated after I did it. If I took it out of the case and sat the motherboard on my tv stand it worked. I did this for about 2 years no problems at all. Just keep it clean.
