If you brick your phone consider it a life achievement. It is almost impossible to do with new rooting options and using rom manager. Same as jailbreaking an iphone ipad whatever.

Yes this happens often to me. I know it is not against the law to not move over but if you don't you are a fucking asshole. I have said it before and will say it again, drive defensively or don't drive at all.

The work around is rooting and installing a custom rom (if available for your device) that fixes this issue. My droid 1 has this and there is no issues with pandora and slacker.
