Nothing like torrents. It is a really basic form of a message board. Same concept you post a thread and add an attachment to it. Then anyone else can download it. You have to pay for access to the newsgroup but it is worth it. Much much more secure then torrents and less of a chance of getting caught.

Learn how to use newsgroups and you can get the show just an hour or so after it airs on tv.

A settlement will negatively effect your credit score. It won't be as bad as if you never pay period and collections gets involved.

It would still be a problem on the Zune. Should of bought an android device and used Mort Music player which only arranges songs based on the filename. Forcing someone to have 100% identical ID3 tags always pisses me the fuck off.

When in doubt do a factory wipe and reload. I don't know how to do that on a non-rooted phone.

Unix handles memory differently then other OS like windows. Yes it will keep the program data in the RAM but if the program is not active it is not reading/writing to it. So it really doesn't consume battery life like everyone thinks it does. You can end the task but who cares if it isn't hurting the battery? If you want to stay stock and save battery life turn off the brightness on the screen for one. That drains the battery the most. Turning off GPS doesn't really help unless you have a program that uses it constantly. You will only see the GPS icon flashing when it is using it. Turn off wireless when not using it. It will scan for wireless networks all the time draining battery. Same thing goes for bluetooth. Otherwise if you root and install a custom rom/kernel you will have many more options to help conserve the battery.

So I know the first thing I will buy when I hit the lottery...

Well if you want to be an ass about it I won't tell you how to get it to work. You can get it to work but your phone has to be synced with your computer and you need windows media player. Why don't you try google?
