Last time I sold a car with a lien they had to send it to me after it was paid off. That ended up taking a week. I wasn't a dick about it though and I gave the title to the buyer.

That is an older existing energy star program. It started I think around Feb 2009. It is on energystar.gov for sure.

It has been difficult to find concrete information so far on this new program. It was created this week or last weekend? From what I have read or heard you can get a 50% rebate up to $10,000 if you make purchases for your home that are energy efficient. Someone also said they may offer the rebate up front? Not sure if that is true. I desperately need to replace all 17 of my windows plus 4 glass block windows in my basement. Can anyone confirm that if I was to say spend $5000 on windows and installation I will get $2500 back? Also how would I write this off or claim it on my taxes next year? Would it be possible I would have to owe tax because of this?

15-20 minutes is normal for my house since I bought it. What isn't normal is it kicks on right after it kicks off. And the digital thermostat goes crazy when it happens. Sometimes when it won't respond the heater runs as normal. Once the blower shuts off the thermostat turns on.

I thought you would be the type of person to wrap it around a finger. That way you can dig in deep. God loves a clean butthole.

I suggest the melting pot in easton. It is not 5 star but the place is underground and dimly lit. Being underground your cell phone probably won't get a signal so not much should disturb you. Also the fact you cook your own food on the table works well for some females. Get the full course meal spend the $50 or however much it is. Worth it imo. Also I suggest the alcoholic drink they have that has ice cream and chocolate shavings in it. It is expensive but it tastes just like ice cream. It also gets large points on presentation for me. Every time I order one it looks like a ying yang symbol on how they arrange the ice cream and chocolate. I have a picture of it if you are really interested in it.
