I've sold most of my PCs to pay off loans. I haven't had enough extra cash to buy a new PC yet but I have wanted to for a long time (kind of like my car...). My fastest machine now is a 2.33ghz celron HP laptop. meh My main machine is 1.5ghz Pentium 4 with 1GB of 400mhz RAMBUS. That is the shit right there. Has 2 video cards and 2 LCD monitors and a terabyte of hard drive space. Yay

My rig is 7 inches long... oh wait we are talking about our computers. =(

To answer your question your core duo is a 775 socket CPU. That motherboard in your first post should work.

Just go to http://www.pricewatch.com Click motherboards and search for your cpu type ( E4300 Core Duo). Find a motherboard that will support the speed of your CPU or faster (for later upgrades if any). Also check to see that it will support the RAM you already have. Also make sure it will support your video card. Finally check to see who makes the chipset. Most people say VIA is ok but I have had nothing but bad experiences with anything made by VIA. If you want my opinion buy Intel. Stay away from anything else. DO NOT BUY a cheap motherboard. The motherboard should be one of the more expensive parts in your computer. I hope this helps. Also reading wikipedia article on your CPU model number may help you out.

If you have more then 1 memory stick installed remove 1. If that doesn't work replace the 1 with the other you removed. Depending on your RAM you may have to install in pairs but that is only on a few types of memory. I've had a computer not do anything but run the fans when a memory stick just stopped working.

You can but it will at least do the POST when the computer turns on (beeping once or more). Remove the GTS card you have from the computer then see if you can get into the BIOS. Lets just open you didn't disable the onboard video card in BIOS already.

Find another video card to use for testing. Anything will work. Your video card could be having issues.

That isn't included in the rental fees. Outrun is such an awesome game. I used to play the arcade one that had an actual seat and pedals on the floor. When you turned the car the whole arcade cabinet turned with you. Lots of quarters went from my pocket to that game!

1. The big bang and God can not exist together. At least not with the religion I follow. It is not logical for the big bang to happen plus a week to create everything in existence. Like you said God has been and will always be beyond comprehension of man. 2. I don't think "God Particle" is a correct way to explain what we may find. This is just learning what may have happened in the past. Recreating this is not creating God by any means. 3. I am ready to go to heaven so the black hole can come. And if I am lucky we will be sent to a parallel dimension. According to my religion this wouldn't happen, but all the episodes of Stargate I have watched makes me wish it would happen... I have had too many personal experiences with life to make me think God does not exist. Too much detail for me to type up. If you want to talk about in person I can do that...
