Probably what i coulda got you. I don't know what kind of unit u got tho. I know the one in my house is a $4k unit itself and it was all in for $2k... then there was the $1500 back on taxes for the whole energy saving shit, so really it was $500

What part of columbus do you want to be near and what's the furthest commute you want to make to work? I would try to stay away from apartment complexes myself. I've never lived in one but i wouldn't want to be that close to my neighbors all the time and for what some charge, its about as much as a house payment. I would maybe see about renting a house at least, or if your credit is alright, even try to buy one. The deals on houses right now are amazing.

I know how you feel man. I replace the reflectors on roads. My head is overtop of the lines on the roads when i pop out the old ones and it's crazy how close people get to me. They do 70+ on the freeways and don't even get over far enough to hit the wake up strips on the side of the road. I've had to dive into my truck a couple times after hearing semis lock up there brakes and watch them come towards me. I don't like even glancing up at the traffic because its usually within a couple feet of my head.

I never had to replace shit on my 98. I had the basicmods on it, smaller pulley, u-bend/cat delete, CAI and a couple othe things. I thrashed on it on a dail basis and never had one issue until 207k. That includes tranny, wheel bearings and the other stuff mentioned above. It was all original.

It was my first car. I made a lot of out of state trips to kentucky, tn, pa and fl once. whenever i was bored i would just hop in and go somewhere. From what i hear i'm one of the lucky ones because i never had an issue with the tranny once. That car was a tank. Never got stuck in snow or mud once, deer hit it on the rear fender and not even a scratch.
