Typically not. Look at NHRA unleashed that will held at trails in the fall. There's a 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10 and 10.5 but then it goes 11, 12, 13. That sucks and I won't waste my money. They really don't want to do anything more then get a token number of street cars and certainly not the fastest that don't need a cage.

Cause I like running all out instead of having to drop a 1/2 second....which to me is pointless.

Don't know why they couldn't have a 11.5 index since thats where the safety rules get strict.

Starts today at 10AM. The trails homepage has a count down timer on it.

On-line sign up for this starts tomorrow at 10 AM. Looks like the only thing I can sign up for is the 12.00 index racing. ...so I'm going to pass on this one I think. Roger had to red light to beat me and my .023 reaction time. Very nice ... 2 vids. ...one my best of the year so far.

FYI, I went to the SRT-4 Midwest Regional track rental today at Thompson and they let everyone run without a problem. They didn't even tech the cars. ...oh and it was even hotter today then yesterday at Trails. They didn't even start running until 11:30. 3000+ DA all day.

Ran too fast one too many times. lol Got a warning to slow down on each run.

Set a PB for Trails, 11.59, Damn good for stock bottom NA car with temps in the mid 80's and a 2000+ DA. The 11.59 was only .1 off my overall PB which was set last November at D42 in 40 degree temps. Seems the spring modifications are going to pay off big time this fall. Can't wait now for that cool air. ... Thanks to all for making this rental happen.

Tyler's good. His father races also. I'd take one person who actually goes to the track over 10 who only talk about doing it ... maybe someday. Tyler, heath is also going to the rental so we'll both be coming down past Cambridge Friday morning. It's not being canceled, they only needed 1 more car tonight.

My cars still sitting at BackStreet getting issues with the new setup worked out so I'll have to wait to commit. I've driven it a whole 9 miles so far this year.

The gasket is out for delivery right now so I plan to be putting things back together this weekend. Meaning ... I don't really have time for a 4 hour round trip. lol

They even sent out after the fact e-mails to people on their distribution list to point out the April fools joke in case it had been missed. Guess you're not on it. lol

Just solved my e-check problem with the addition of a Collector plate. ...it sucked living in one of the seven Ohio counties that still required it.
