Well that's good. Power steering failing is not going to make you immobile. It may be a bit of a bitch to turn but you will still be able to make it a to b. When at speed (better than 20 mph) it will turn fairly easily without it. I'ts only the slow, parking lot type turns that will be "hard". It will be like turning the wheel when the engine isn't running.

That looks like you have air/water in the system (hence the chocolate milk color). I would flush it either way to not only get the bubbles out but to freshen up the fluid in the system. Now you have two ways to go about it at home, either with the back line off to drain it or sucking it out with a siphon pump/turkey baster. Get a few quarts of P/S fluid then drain and fill the reservoir a few times. Making sure to turn the wheels lock to lock in-between drains. The fluid will start looking better each time. On the last fill or two, I would switch over to P/S with stop leak just to be on the safe time. Alternatively, you could switch out the P/S fluid for high mileage universal trans fluid. I personally prefer this to the P/S fluid with stop leak as it has seal conditioners that will help "plump" up dry or flattened seals. But the flushing should be done with the cheap shit lol.

It may be a bit of a hike for you, but Buckeye Sun Control up in Marion is where I have always gone. Tint is good quality and price is decent. Last car that was there was my buddy's integra and it was only $120-$150 for the whole car. I have messed with it in the past, and like others have mentioned by the time you factor in your expense and time its breaking even.

Not at all, but if you do, make sure it is a winterizer based fertilizer. That will help the lawn prep for the cold. The weed control is not so important at this point, as most weeds are annual plants, therefore they die when exposed to a frost. But for your bi-annual and perennial weeds it will help. also putting down some pre-emergent now and again in the early spring will help with your grassy weeds (crabgrass, foxtail, ect.). If you are seeding at all, its best to do this in the fall vs the spring, and you would want to hold off on the weed control if you are putting seed down.

Buck I can pull it if you can come up with a trailer. Psc is probably your best bang for buck (pun intended lol). Draining the gas isn't all that big of a deal, you just have to take a screwdriver and a hammer. punch a hole and you're good to go.

Sand it down! then seal it. Im sure it would be a lot like a hard wood floor in that regard. That or cover it with a rubber mat. Helps give some cushions to pointy edges, and cleans up easily too.
