  1. What is the draw length on this? I cannot open the link at work (blocked).
  2. Marion was still running t&t on Friday's not sure if they are every weekend but they were during the summer. $15 a car. That may have been before the ownership change that Brian is talking about.
  3. SWEET!!! always fun seeing you run. I'll bet that "crash" made your starfish pucker so tight, you could cut a BB in half lol.
  4. Man that is clean! I wonder how well I could rearrange my stable to make this the new dd lol.
  5. Glad it was only the ego and a clean up fee needed. One hell of a save!
  6. My clutch decided to take a shit on me last night (it wont disengage). So it looks like I wont be making it to the meet tonight.
  7. So when you wanna line them up? lol
  8. I am down for sure. Would be nice to put faces with names around here again. Been too long since I've seen/met everyone from back in the day.
  9. Now I know I have been living under a rock for the past few/10 years lol, but I have never even heard of drivetribe.
  10. I agree with Randy she looks and sounds mean! I also agree with Dave, 47's are a bit rich for that currently. A tune will help, but I would swap them out for 35's instead. That or start thinking about a Supercharger/blower/turbo/juice etc. This thread is so bitter sweet with all the memories it is bringing back to me for my cousin's stang. His was a 86gt vert with a 347 stroker, novi 2000 s/c, and a shit ton of nitrous lol. He was using 42lb injectors and started running lean around 700hp.
  11. Love the color sir. Wish I had room in the stable. Good luck with the sale.
  12. Even poking a bit it still looks great with the wheels all being the same. I love the color on them btw.
  13. Looks like a matchbox car. I never would imagine someone could make the ssr uglier but then this gold is found! Mankind never ceases to surprise me.
  14. https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/inventorylisting/viewDetailsFilterViewInventoryListing.action?sourceContext=untrackedExternal_false_0&newSearchFromOverviewPage=true&inventorySearchWidgetType=AUTO&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity=d76&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity2=c6140&zip=43015&distance=100&searchChanged=true&modelChanged=false&filtersModified=true#listing=187622538 Not sure of your price range or if you've seen this one yet. No photo's but it is local. Also if you're willing to buy a plain ticket this one looks to be in really good shape. Mileage is a bit high though... https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?listingId=475162993&zip=43064&referrer=%2Fcars-for-sale%2Fsearchresults.xhtml%3Fzip%3D43064%26startYear%3D1999%26sortBy%3Drelevance%26incremental%3Dall%26firstRecord%3D0%26endYear%3D2002%26modelCodeList%3DE55AMG%26makeCodeList%3DMB%252CALFA%26searchRadius%3D0&startYear=1999&numRecords=25&firstRecord=0&endYear=2002&modelCodeList=E55AMG&makeCodeList=MB%2CALFA&searchRadius=0&makeCode1=MB&modelCode1=E55AMG
  15. I likey da shiny! lol
  16. Not to mention, a LOT of the early 2000's chevy's had a long start when they got up in age/mileage. My buddy had a 2003 with the same set up and his was almost comical how long it would take to start, usually 2-3 "normal" cranks to start. But also turning the key on and letting the fuel pump prime for a second would help it to start faster. I do agree with what you are suspecting. It does sound like fuel, weather that be the pump not having enough pressure, the fuel filter / injectors being partially clogged. If it were the FPR however, it would make for a more consistent issue even at idle. The regulator is meant to limit the pressure from the pump, so if that were out, It would run pig rich even at idle, and would hesitate severely when you gunned it (may even stall). I would check the timing too, with you changing the cap and such it may have thrown off the timing enough to mess with it under load, not likely but doesn't hurt to check it off the list just in case.
  17. tbh the only thing that is making it more gradpa'ish is the color and the wheels. Set it up similar the the black one pictured above and that would make for an awesome daily. If I had room in the financial department, this would be mine for sure. I wish they would have optioned these in awd/rwd. Thing would sell in a heartbeat if they did.
  18. Definitely sounds like a fuel delivery more so than spark. Simply because of the sewing machine idle. I would start with basics and go from there. Fuel filter, check fuel pressure. If the pump is weak (starting to go) it may have enough pressure to idle but not enough to run at high rpm's. Also it could be an issue with the coil itself. My old 4.3L s10 had an issue with the coil going out. At idle it would be fine, once you started hitting a higher rpm it would start shorting out through the insulation on the coil itself. Had the same issue on my 240 causing the coil to ground out the the block/bracket instead of going to the spark plug.
  19. It is a beautiful car either way lol
  20. I'll still line up with you if you wanna
  21. May be a late submission but you could also try Scenic One Landscape. He is a local outfit out of Delaware that I have referred for mowing/lawn work in the past. His number is 740-816-3140. Tell him Joe from TruGreen sent you, he'll probably cut you a bit of a deal if he can do what you are looking to do.
  22. That's crazy! When we went there was a lot of seaweed like that but not to that extent, most of it was remnant piles left on the beach from the high tide. We also went in October so that may have something to do with it too. Sorry to hear you aren't going but probably for the best. Hope you enjoy Aruba instead
  23. PREACH AUSTIN!!! lol It doesn't help that with being in the "know" most don't give directions to Mexico as freely as they use to. Not to mention, nowadays if you're not breaking 11's, it is really tough to be competitive in the streets. I know mine is by far not the fastest, but still fun to tool around and make a pull every now and again. It is sad to say, and I'm sure my location has some part in it, but anymore its diesel trucks that are lining up with me more so than sports cars. But once again, quite a few do hall balls with how they are set up so its still fun just the same lol.
  24. Found it! Its called Common Ground Free Store. https://commongroundfreestore.org/
