  1. Man that's nuts on the price, but still a nice looking monster. More than I could afford pal lol.
  2. Right? I'm gonna have to talk the wife into both of them, but I still wanna try either way lol
  3. It would provide a better opportunity for me to be able to race vs just attend. Do you have a rolling total of how many are set up currently? I may be able to drum up a few more ppl if enough spots are open.
  4. Oh its you? How could you forget to check for mo'am earl I'll ask and see what we could come up with. Might be able to ask one of the performance shops around here. Lucore, Carlyle, etc. It would be a little premium I'm sure but they would most likely have what you need.
  5. That is a truck guy's dream. Never seen them in the tahoe, but it does make since if you don't need the 3rd row of the burbon, but want to haul some heavy shit lol. That would be a perfect camper/boat puller that you could take hunting once you're set. I may have to look into getting something like this lol.
  6. She has her moments, but would not consider her to be hilarious by any means.
  7. They were talking about this on the blitz this morning. Evidently the originators of Sesame street were trying to sue due to it putting a negative light on them.
  8. :megusta: So much want! nice find sir! how hard was the importation process? Worth it? can't wait to see how the build comes along.
  9. Nice run sir! Made it look like a walk in the park.
  10. What are you thinking is reasonable cost wise? I may be able to bust it out for you.
  11. It is situations like that that make me glad I carry. Dude would have had a change of tune well before he bloodied his knuckles. I am glad you are ok. Did you at least video him going berserk on your car?
  12. Looks like he is using windshield sealant. Something like this https://www.walmart.com/ip/CRL-Windshield-and-Body-Sealant/511485894?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=2263&adid=22222222227119136086&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=234555533417&wl4=pla-387233245156&wl5=9014900&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=115069373&wl11=online&wl12=511485894&wl13=&veh=sem Or a small tube like this. The permatex will dry clear(ish) https://www.walmart.com/ip/Permatex-81730-1-5-Oz-Flowable-Silicone-Windshield-Glass-Sealer/21153075?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=2419&adid=22222222227016784406&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=52574364551&wl4=pla-84455806391&wl5=9014900&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=113134491&wl11=online&wl12=21153075&wl13=&veh=sem Now personally because my car is black, I prefer using weatherstrip adhesive for that sort of thing if its a tight gap and not an exposed seam. It comes in black or yellow, and fully cures so its not "tacky". You can buy it from Napa (most have it in store) or get it from 3m https://www.classicindustries.com/product/08008.html?gclid=CjwKCAjw8_nXBRAiEiwAXWe2yYjB_71M_hPfTWraUctwzFv2HXVv_ZxCP6YYQDdSDZMSNTCHQUtqWxoCuGwQAvD_BwE
  13. Man I wish I had the budget for this one, It would make an awesome daily/sleeper set up. GLWS, Aaron you should buy this for sure!
  14. From what I understand it was legit. People actually signed over the titles to their cars.
  15. Looks good man. You planning on cruising the streets any time soon?
  16. Hell ya! I've been putting off the oil change in the diesel too long anyway, this is some good timing. Thanks for the heads up sir!
  17. I didn't see that. But I understand just the same. So that's where the decision to upgrade the trans comes in first, that or shoehorn a 160 into it lol. Either way, working with the platform you already have would be a cheap and quick upgrade for the same if not better result than starting from scratch. That was my only point to consider.
  18. That is what I would do. Especially since the price difference is worth it. The finish height of the timber can be adjusted with some aggregate underneath of it anyway. making up a half inch per post wouldn't be hard to do. As long as the actual dimensions for the plastic are 6x6 or 5x5 and not labelled as such but in actuality shrunken down to match the same dimensions that finished wood would be. I.E. 6x6 wooden post being 5.5x5.5 in actuality.
  19. Damn man! that would have been a hell of a sight to see first hand. Glad to see they are getting it pieced back together.
  20. That thing was moving even with going up hill. Glad to see you got it together sir
  21. Kerry and JP are making a great point too, you need to decide your end goal with the car first. Both in power and function. But why bother with an ls swap in a hooptie, when the supra with the 1jz-gte is proven capable with the same kind of money you are willing to put into the whole ls swap? Upgrade to a big single, stud the head, bigger fuel pump/injectors, ecu/tune and you're done. The 154r is good for around 500hp reliably stock, and 900+ with a mild rebuild kit. Hell you could have all the parts shipped and installed in a weekend.
  22. We used them on my aunt and uncles deck rebuild as corner posts. They are non-structural beams but are pretty stout. They were sturdy enough to use them to support the deck corners. So I'm sure they will work fine as a landscaping timber. You can cut them and drill them just like regular wood too. So if you want to run lag bolts to tie them together you can do that with ease.
  23. Yes and no lol, You can run them in an inner tube but it takes forever to get it all in there. We always used bb's because that is what we had. We had a 16 inch wand air nozzle for blowing off the mower deck growing up. If you took the tapered tip off the end, bb's fit into that perfectly. We would load that thing up one by one until we had a full tube and shoot them into the inner tube. Let the air back out and start over. It took forever but it did work lol. #bunchofkidswithnothingtodo lol
