Well a little while back I was rear ended. Totaling my Civic. Bent the floor pan. This was my first time dealing with all this crap. Nothing serious or over the top. Typical neck pain an ER visit for the whiplash and chiropractor visits. With 2900 in medical bills they offered a 4000 settlement. Does that sound right ? I thought it was suppose to be more? Or was I goven the wrong impression 25% of the medical coat? Has anyone been through a low settlement like this ? Any idea or input on what I should look to get. I hate to be screwed over. I know this is a long shot but a friend at work rolled her car into the front door of my truck and now I need a door. It's for a 2004 Dodge 2500 quad cab. I prefer a white one so I don't have it have it painted. Thanks in advance

Well I was going to go pick it up myself but then my work has kept me from home for months now. I anticipated time off but I'm yet to get it. I won it and was suppose to get four days off and I haven't had a day off since early mid July and I'm still in SC. I should have escrow ed it but honestly I just don't think about it at the time. I was rushed and running out of options. I called and spoke with him. He sent me other pictures and they looked clear. He told me the floors were only spot welded in but that everything else just needed "Blended in". I've learned my lesson about trusting eBay people.

I paid using a check or else I would have filed with PayPal. I should have just eaten the extra there ( Meaning used PayPal ) and my ass would be covered. It was in Tunkhannock Pa, which is 500 miles from Chillicothe, OH.

I'm not sure if there is anything I can do. EBay offers no protection if the car is older than ten years. I have called him numerous times and text him but now that the car has been shipped to me he won't respond to anything.

He welded the rear leaf spring to the frame rail so the frame isn't even touching the floor pan now. About 2"s between the two.

Well, I bought a 1967 Camaro off eBay and the listing read "This car has quite of bit of work done to it. I have a lot of time into it. I have replaced the frame rails with new ones. I put floor pans. A full trunk pan. I also put new inner and outer back wheel wells. The tail pan is new as well. The passenger side rocker panel is new. I put new body mounts on it. I have the other rocker panel but it doesn't really need to be replaced. I have the back seat but no front seat. It has a 4 1/2" scoop that need to be finished being blended in. It is cut and fitted. It is also setup for disc brake in the front. The some of the body panels need to be finished being blended in but I have a great start on them There is not motor or trans. This car is a great project. A lot of the hard work has been done. I have a built motor, Viper spec T-56 and full stand alone for it. But for lowering the car and comfort, what's the best routes to take. I'll post pics up here shortly.

I have a 1968 Mustang Fastback and need a body harness. The fool who owned it before me chopped it up in a dozen places and I would rather just buy new. So who sells the best harness for the money? Also I may be looking to get one for the motor (5.0). I have a 89 harness but trying to make things easy on myself.
