  1. 2014 Haulmark Low Hauler VNLH7x16WT2. 7 x 16 +V Nose. Two tone screwless exterior, finished interior w/diamond plate on ramp door. Stabilizer jacks at rear, tongue jack w/sand foot. Mounts for motorcycle wheel chocks (chocks not included) and multiple tie down points. Has breakaway system, but battery is dead. All new tires in 2018, also includes spare. This is a reduced height trailer (5' 3" interior height), primarily designed for bikes. We saw as much as 2 mpg better mileage than with a full height trailer. We used this to haul our sports cars and karts, but a new car coming is too wide for this trailer, so unfortunately, we are going larger. Some scratches and dents, but still looks good going down the road. Asking $5800 More info here at Haulmark's website: https://haulmark.com/trailers/motorcycle-trailers/v-nose-low-hauler#:~:text=Specifications%20%20%20MODEL%3A%20%20%20VNLH7X12WT2%20,%208%27%206%22%20%2020%20more%20rows%20 Pics @ FB Marketplace: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/295323808828467

I know near non of these are still in the wrecking yard to go grab them, can buy new from Moog, but need a pair to try/mock up with first. 3. Looking for the 4" or 5" discs/caps along with the "basic" base for 2.5" or larger pipe (base is just a piece of pipe w/welded on ring for discs to bolt to). This style: https://supertrapp.com/supertrapp-444-2503-4-inch-universal-disc-only-muffler-2-5in-inlet LMK if you have some stuff sitting around...
  4. 1) NCM - great facility, incredibly fun track! 2) 5 hour drive from Columbus (or less!), but you gain an hour on the way down (central time) 3) Make a mini vacation out of it - Corvette Museum is across the freeway (you go by it going to the track) and many bourbon distilleries along the way as is Mammoth Cave National Park Headed down this weekend to race with Champcar - did I mention it's a great track & facility???
  5. The karts on on FB Marketplace - pics hear of some of the stuff, plus more added: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/259890802497377/?ref=browse_tab&referral_code=undefined
  6. And....the original link is terminated
  7. Another company G.T.F. out of CA.
  8. PM me an email address and I can send some. (might give ma an idea what you're most interested in). In the middle of relocating to the new garage & purging, didn't have time to do proper photos right now. Or, if you're going to be on the NW side of Columbus, you're welcome to stop by and browse (About a mile N of Riverside Hospital)
  9. I am at a point where it is time to liquidate some or all of my kart "stuff". Willing to make a deal if you want it all - or I can set you up with anything from a bare bones - you assemble it kart, to a turnkey kart with a very good spares package. Partial listing of what is available: Swift Superkart w/Rotax 250 - spare rear wing element and some bodywork spares. Will need front rotors and pads for sure and general prep Italkart Supersonic w/CRS S-88 motor (125cc ICC shifter) I have three of these karts, all are early 2000's chassis, all have the same motors and either Mychron 3 Gold instruments or Alfani Kart #1 is all but race ready. Clean but has been stores/sitting and will need fluids done, brakes checked Kart #2 is complete but was used extensively by the University of Akron Formula SAE team as a practice kart and will need a thorough going over Kart #3 is a roller, had a different motor on it and will need brakes rebuilt, CRS motor mounted, complete going over In addition, I have rolling stands, a vertical stand, bead breakers, wheels & tires, rain tires, axles, gears, some spare bodywork, seats to fit most anyone, spare motors & parts and just "stuff". Prices? Well to give an idea: Kart #3 w/motor $1000 Kart #1 with a nice spares package (motor/gears/axles/wheels/tires/rains) $3500 Swift Superkart $2500 Want it all and you break it up and sell off what you don't need? - $10,000 (OBO-gotta start somewhere), or come "build your own package". Most local tracks (Circleville / Camden) no longer run a 125cc shifter class, but you can go run practice days there for $15-$20 a day. Dart Kart has classes for these to run at Mid-Ohio, Pitt Race, etc. Haul in a pickup bed or tow behind (almost) anything. I was pulling two karts, spares and a small roller toolbox in a 10x10 snowmobile clamshell trailer behind an Equinox rated @ 1500 lbs with no issues. Not in a rush to sell, these are safely stored for now, but spending all my time co-driving in Champcar and working on my own car for the same series leaves me little time for these. If someone wants to get out and use them, the extra space and cash will help the other effort along a bit quicker. Sorry, no I do not want to sell off any parts before the karts go. None of this is advertised anywhere but here (for now) so I don't have to deal with FB & CL people. PM me if you want some pics or to stop by and see what all is here. I am on the NW side of Columbus near Henderson Rd & SR 315.
  10. Sandblasting or beadblasting won't get you where you want. Sanding with 400-600 initially and then polishing compound will be the best route.
  11. One other thought, just from yesterday's experience. It wasn't too cold, but in a the new garage (24x30 w/no ceiling - just uninsulated rafters), I was using a single 15K BTU tank top propane tank heater and it did (eventually) warm up inside. Tank life has been decent (at least 3 full days - 9 am to 4 pm) and still a little left in the 20# tank. Found this rating on run time: 20-pound tank run time is 48-hours at 9K-BTUs, 33-hours at 13K BTUs and 28-hours at 15K-BTUs Quiet, very warm if aimed at you. May look into a 30K BTU "double header" to use out there when needed as it's only occasional use.
  12. In my attached 2 car I picked up a unit similar to this: https://www.menards.com/main/heating-cooling/heaters/gas-garage-heaters/mr-heater-reg-big-maxx-dual-fuel-forced-air-garage-heater/f260550/p-1444441200665.htm Wall thermostat, separate breaker for the furnace so I can turn it on when needed, off when I don't want to heat the garage constantly.
  13. Still have glass in the bead blaster. Can do this weekend. PM me.
  14. 2020: Get new garage built Reassemble Fiero crapcan racer Garage MIGHT be done by year's end...then can move a bunch of stuff to make room to work on Fiero Fiero - finally (?) done removing stuff - have lots of pieces and parts and starting som assembly. 2021: Actually assemble car and RACE!
  15. Older mini fridge - standard white cube looking thing. Works well, looks decent. Does have small freezer section w/ice cube tray - $20 (PM me if you need a pic)

    GPK Closing

Can haul a kart in a pickup bed, or, tow behind (almost) anything on a cheap 4x8 HF folding trailer. Set FTD at your favorite autocross w/ease. Run the local kart tracks on open test days for ~$20. Race at Mid-Ohio, Nelson Ledges, Pitt Race w/Dart Kart club. Full set of new tires $200. Older shifters are sub $3K all day long - some (easily) rebuild-able can be had sub $1K. Incredible bang for the buck. Every time I get serious about selling out my stock...I look at the numbers and it's hard to not like them a lot!
  17. Three on the tree - the modern day anti-theft device!!! Drove an old Ford shop van with this set up. Long throws and a bit sloppy, but with a bit of practice, it can be shifted (relatively) quickly. Get it, drive it, have a great conversation piece.
  18. Just to wrap this up, I bought a new truck. Found a leftover 2019 LD (Silverado 1500, 2014-2018 body style carryover to 2019) in NC. Seems a 2WD truck on the edge of the Smokey Mountains just wasn't a hot mover. Incentives/discounts/etc amounted to almost $10K off sticker - and the dealer had it delivered here. No "0" percent financing, but at 3% via home equity and paying it off early it won't amount to much. I actually like the body style/grill better than the 2020. Also, to keep people interested in the "old style" the "All Star" package made the value vs. an optioned up 2020 WT worth it (to me). I compromised on the 6.5' bed vs. and 8', but did get an extended cab. Oddly enough, after I had this one scoped out, I found another identical to it (except color) in AR. Just to check, I worked a deal on that one to almost the exact same price, but we preferred the color on the NC truck, and the dealer through in a drop in bedliner and some mats they had in stock. Thanks for the input, and for those that helped to track down a truck for me!
  19. Nick,

Are you still @ Byers Ford? Looking for a 2020 F150, Ford's corporate website sucks (can only search 100 miles and it's prioritization for matching specs...well...I don't know what it looks at!). Can you or can you recommend someone who can search existing stock nationwide (or at least more than 100 miles out)? Let me know.

  20. Thanks (sort of) - having it posted and actually getting it to run some numbers....well. Maybe it's f'ed up for the weekend
  21. Well in the Ford vs. GM (website) battle, it's a draw! GM will let you build & price and search the whole country Ford will build and price and only let you search a 100 mile radius, but Ford will let you pull up the actual window sticker GM will not. Neither on has 2021 Build & Price on trucks yet!!!
  22. I would GLADLY buy a used truck - "IF" I could find one with low miles & no rust...and not a LONG sob story about why they want several thousand over book price. I may still wait it out and buy used. The concept of having an 8' bed seems all but lost.....
  23. No objection to looking at a Ford. I had several '80's & '90's Fords (F100 - F250) I had great success with the '05, but lots of things have changed since then. Maybe it's time to change it up. SO far no "winners" on the GM side as far as availability & incentives.
  24. Was told "to late" to order a 2020, GMC has no pricing/build data up for 2021 yet. Watching for the 0% Financing offer to come back. Found a couple of 2020's I could live with, but also want to see what the 2021 price difference will be.
