  1. 27 Dresses, Sex in the City... Then shoot yourself Ninja assasin was the bloodiest movie I have seen in a long time (Not even close to being realistic... Avatar was recently released.. Wedding crashers was funny as hell
  2. Twisted - Yes it has been there a couple times and RX7rcr09 let me know what you are pulling together (Will try to make it).. l8tr
  3. Pretty sure I would have remembered your CYM if we had met (Guessing not). Mine is a Silverston/Red, engine built by Logan Carswell and running a single turbo. Located on the SW side of Columbus. Drive it down town every day (Except Winters). Did you meet up @ the RX7 meet up @ Anheiser Bush last year? I was there with my car (No CYM's on the lot I can remember). Dave
  4. Why don't you haters just slap eachother and get over it. FD is an awsome platform and yes I am still rotary, but many options exist. Modified magazine has a widebody FD with a Nissan motor (RB26) that put down good torque and almost 800 ponies. Love the car and quit bitching about the power plant(s).. Peace out Yes still love the Rotary (This is my 8th one)
  5. I have the 555R's and like them, but have less than 1000 miles on them. Great freeway and pretty sticky. Can't speak to melting them as I have no torque (Rotary FD). Nice tires expect decent wear too...

  7. Still rocking the Silver FD (Broke it out of Winter storage yesterday). Will see me driving downtown for most the summer. As for my last S5 (Second Gen) here is the part out that funded most of my mods on the third gen..
  8. Maybe you can get my wife to do yours? She did my driveway last nigh and it is about 50 yards long and double wide @ the top. Guess I need to get home late from work more often : )
  9. Damn I want to get in the ring with Tiny above (Only 6'5 and 390). Oh hells no! Too damn old and outta shape (Enjoy boys.)
  10. I have the Garmin Nuvi 255W and it is great (Refurbs as low as 139) includes mount and points of interest
  11. Can't speak to the costs to fix the septic system, but I would do it if it was not too expensive... Tired of dragging that damn salt downstairs every few months No more failed shit pumps No annual inspections Constant water pressure (Mine sucks even with a new well pump and pressure tank). If it was available I would install. No more rusty toilets or sinks Etc. Etc.
  12. Looks like they are trying to take the cues off the Furai (Great looking car, but not likely to produced) http://www.supercars.net/carpics/3993/2008_Mazda_FuraiConcept2.jpg
  13. VCP = vmware certified professional.. Most medium and large places need people to help with virtualization efforts. One I always look for on a resume (Experience is always helpful too)
  14. Me too. Not playing again until next Wednesday..
  15. It will eventually melt (Maybe in March)
  16. MIA 5.0 - Sorry to steal your thread. Love the rotaries, but when forced induction comes in to play with them they do not last very long. This one is my 8th RX7 and the 4th one with forced induction. Spoke with a guy the other day doing a V8 swap in a FD. Sounds like it should be a monster if he delivers (For the life of me I can't remember his name). Drives around a really nice EVO and does fabrication work mocking up turbo kits. Sounds like his primary gig is buiding ralley cars. Yes I am a little jealous as an IT guy does not sound as sexy. Have fun
  17. Columbus craigslist has a couple guys parting them out and another guy doing a V8 swap. I am sure they would part with one reasonably http://columbus.craigslist.org/pts/1453608845.html ** This is the guy doing the V8 swap - Note not me as all RX7's should have Rotaries in them (Flame on boyz)
  18. I recommend the Pub too Location - Polaris Many beers on tap Can rent the tap table (Need at least 7 dudes to make it worth your while) Can't complain about the ladies outfits (Mini skirts in an Scottish theme)
  19. Trip down to Kentucky and ran the Bourbon trail. My favorite was Makers Mark and it included Free drinks @ the end. We spent a long weekd (Three day) Plenty of really nice hotels around there for under a hundred a night. Also still like hitting Hocking Hills (But more of a day drip for me and not a full weekend trip) gl!
  20. Logan and Peter do some nice work. They built mine about two years ago and with the exception of a failing turbo (Again) it runs very nice. Mine pus down about 380 @ the rear wheels and is awsome on the freeway. Kudos to the owner and Logan/Peter for the great build. Hope the owner does not get out of control and crank the boost up too far. We all know too much boost and poor tuning causes any motor to go BOOM!. l8er
  21. Just bought my 15 year old daughter a 2001 Civic LX and would not mind the extra ponies. Am I making a bad decision?? Why are you going back to stock? Dave
  22. Second Gen

    Everclear

Just came back from Kentucky this past weekend (Family trip). Pickedf up a 1.75 liter bottle of Everclear for a friend. Big bottle of everclear was $34 w/tax
  23. I run an InFocus IN72 and it is very nice. HD (Only 480P), but looks really nice in the front room. It is my primary TV and have no complaints (3000 + hours and no bulb yet).
  24. Very nice work. Kind of makes the few weeks (Part time) I spent building my desk look pretty weak. Either way nice looking back yard. Rotaries rock..
