  1. You guys must like crappy trigger pulls

This is easily changed. The DA pull is heavy but the SA feels good. Both can be cut down though.

Great shooting pistol but what do you guys think about the thin (vertically) slide? I find it a little harder to grip when chamber a round. There's just not much surface area compared to other semi-autos that I've used.

My CW9 was the only pistol I had prior to getting my CZ75 so it's much easier for me to rack the slide on the CZ.

I went with the BD version. Gun Envy had both models in when I was there on Sat. Comes with 2 16rd mags.

Great ergos from the factory IMO. The DA pull is long and heavy but easily manageable. Very crisp SA pull.

Lots of upgrades and options for customization out there as well to get it the way you like it.

  3. Went and picked up a CZ 75BD yesterday.

I'll have to get some larger pictures I guess.

  4. We have some furniture at our house we need to get rid of. It's available for pick up just South of OSU campus.

I'll be adding stuff that needs gone as the week goes.

I have 2 of these couches. They push together to make one long one or use them separate. This one is about 4 ft long.

I'll get better pictures if you need them. Please just ask.

  5. Survival Tactics on E. Main next to Jegs. I think it's 20 or 25 dollars there. Definitely a good place to check out.

I heard Gander charges an outrageous amount of money for FFL there.

Gun Envy in Columbus on Indianola is 20 or 25.

Dale at Delta Epsilon in Hilliard is 15.

  6. Their gonna suck even worse now......if thats possible

    Why?

They have completely redesigned the blue line. Look for a much improved CBJ defense to be backing a lot of players that want to see progress.

Now that we have so many players who weren't here last year I'm sure we'll see a completely different attitude from the team overall this year, something you didn't see with Nash these past years.

  7. I'm glad Nash is gone. He didn't do anything but drag everyone down. He didn't play anywhere close to his full potential.

He'll be awesome in NY and probably have some of his best seasons there.

I'm looking forward to this CBJ season.

  8. Had I been in the theater carrying my first instinct would be to get the hell out before returning fire on a guy. I'm not even going to start to think I would be calm enough to return fire in a panicked crowd.

If put in the situation though where I was forced to fire I think shots hitting body armor would have an effect on the shooter.

  9. I was in the same boat b/w a build and buy and I had never even handled an AR before and still haven't shot anyone else other than mine.

You could build a Daniel Defense rifle but change the furniture on it to Magpul stuff and save some weight and money right off the bat while having a MOA rifle.

For my first AR I decided to go with a build and had no idea where to start. I couldn't even tell you what half the parts were, where they were supposed to go or why I should choose what over what.

Your lower won't matter much since there are 4 main companies that make lowers and stamp someone else name on them. I went with MEGA, ultimately giving me a real nice tight finish b/w the upper and lower. Google search will brink up what brands fall under what manufacturer.

Most importantly invest your money in a 1:7 Chrome lined barrel and a quality Bolt Carrier Group.

  10. Survival Tactics on E. Main St. next to Jegs makes holsters to your specs. 1 day turnaround if you get in there close to when he opens.

Just take in whatever firearm(s) you want the holster made for and you'll have it same day. Cost 60 dollars.

He'll also make mag holders for you too.
