I'm waiting for them to find that prison.

 

I wonder what's going to be inside it. I would think no walkers got in and they just find a bunch of dead inmates.

I was at Vances on Saturday. Could've sworn I saw someone picking one up while I was there. The guy at the shop said they were having trouble getting them in and keeping them in but they had just got a few.

I don't see any point in this. Seems like a waste to me.

Looks nice. My roommate has one that everyone gawks at at the range.

So the build is finished.

 

Got it to the range on Saturday and Tuesday. My optic that's going on it is showing up sometime today.

 

Can't give a real range report since I was using a half ass sighted in red dot til my optic showed up. I'm real happy with the way everything fit together. The Magpul equipment and Mega receivers fit very nice together with ZERO slop or wiggle.

 

I have a Burris MTAC 1-4 which I'll be trying out. Found a pretty good deal on it so if I don't like it I'll have no problem getting back what I payed for it. It'll be sitting in Leupold Quick Release rings.

 

My plan was to use more DD parts but I had a dealer that got me some great deals on the RR stuff. Looking to get an AAC break or flash hider soon with QD mount.

On a side note, I didn't realize indoor range memberships cost so much.

 

It's 150 for a family at Briar and 100 for an individual.

Has anyone had any experience with Burris?

 

I'm looking at their MTAC 1 and TAC 30 1-4x. I've found the MTAC for 360.

Powder Room and OVO are where I go.

 

You can split a lane at powder room and pay per lane instead of per person. That might just depend on who's working though.

 

If you buy ammo at OVO it's 10 dollars, 15 if you don't. They normally have some good deals on brass.

AR Build in .308 or an M1A.

I use Huntington. My grandpa has for 30 plus years and I've been with them for 6 or 7.

I'll be at Briar Rabbit next weekend breaking in my new AR. They have a 450 yd range and plenty of pistol courses with steel.

Dale does them for 15 at Delta Epsilon and Gun Envy is 20. I believe Survival Tactics is 20 as well.
