Assuming you have to make a claim, they may deduct a percentage from the equipment for each year it has been owned.

For example on my bike, they said if I bought my jacket in 2009 for 400 dollars they would take %10 off since it's now 2010 making it worth 360.

I don't know what this monitor is worth... last time I bought forza 3 it was 40 used.

Blacklick is a nice little place with lots of housing for sale right now and they're constantly building out that way.

Lots of younger/ new families are starting to move in over there.

The plane noise wasn't an issue while I was living in Blacklick either. You could look up and see them all the time but could rarely hear them.

There is some crime in the area. I personally had my car broken into and a number of my neighbors had their cars and or garages broken into as well.

I can't give any input other than what a few have stated already.

Build your own or have someone you know build one for you. Your money will go much further building your own than buying something thats already made.

There is supposed to be some house out near Licking that's haunted. I can't remember the name for the life of me but I've had friends go up there and come back scared out of their minds.

I'm not a believer in this stuff. I think most people just put it in their mind and make it real.

I need some chairs or a small couch or something of the sort for my room. I prefer that it is something that doesn't stink of smoke, have stains all over it and is in decent condition.

Color wise something dark is preferred but I'm not going to be too picky when it comes down to it.

We have TW for net at the house and we pay for 15mbps. I get 7mbps on my computer and my buddy gets only 10mpbs on his comp.
