Look at U-Verse instead of DSL.
We have TW for net at the house and we pay for 15mbps. I get 7mbps on my computer and my buddy gets only 10mpbs on his comp.
It's going to depend more on who the tenants are and how reliable they are to keep the place in good shape and pay the rent on time. More than not, it's going to be more hassle than it's worth unless you have tenants picked out that you trust to keep the place clean and not destroy it.
I would take it up with him. He's going to develop a thing for her eventually and anything she does from this point on, she'll get the worst reprocussions he can dish out to her, just because she gives him a bad taste in his mouth.
I don't have nearly that much stuff, just my laptop, monitor, receiver and floor speakers. You can use plastic tubing to run your wires through and keep them from getting tangled together. Keeps everthing looking nice and neat.
Go into a store and play with some phones. It's a much more difficult decision when you don't have any of the phones in your hand to see how they work or feel.
It looks like I found a dart board, but I know I'm the only one in my place with a set of darts. Might be interested in snagging up the darts from you. How many sets do you have?
Thanks, I'll take a look.
I took the galaxy S over the Iphone. You can use Pandora Radio to make up for music. The Galaxy is comes with 16gb of memory stock and allows you to add another 32gb via micro sd.
Looking for a cheap road bike. My old one was an old 70's 10spd Schwinn. It got stolen and I'm looking for something similiar to that.
Also want to buy a dart board. Not an electronic one.
I hope he makes it. Right now is going to be a hard time to get a new bike company off the ground with the way the market is but I know he will put out some good machinery if he gets the opportunity.
If you plan on just boarding in Ohio you definitely don't need a grand worth of gear. If you want it though who am I to say don't do it. It really just isn't necessary.
I don't know how many games you guys play a night but 8 ball on Morse Rd is 6.50 for a table all night. Not the best area but a good price I think.
I think I payed 5 a pitcher for Miller Light last time and they have some real good stuff on tap. I've only gotten the Magic Hat on tap but I know they have a good selection if your into something other than the miller light, bud light kind of stuff.
