  1. Last week my wife made some Irish car bomb cupcakes with a Baileys Irish Cream frosting and a chocolate Irish Whiskey ganache filling. Twas epic. Yellow with buttercream is a good one though!
  2. Used to grab Sheetz all the time in college since it was always open. Havent had anything from Speedway ever.
  3. Thats an insane deal on that car! Least you are still going to come out way ahead! and glad your alright...those are very strong little cars.
  4. I regret selling my old 90 GT all the time. I thought I would be with the Mini for the long haul since I ordered it brand new to spec, but slammed tiny cars are just not good as a primary vehicle. The FJ is great and I very well may keep it for a very long time. It should at least last as long as I should ever want it to (not being in the rust belt anymore). It is comfortable, fun to drive, and can do anything I need it for, like hauling stuff and people. I am constantly resisting the urge to do any major modifying that would render it unpractical for me, like a big lift, or mud tires....it isnt going to do all that much offroading.
  5. that is a great buy. Just find some oem hubcaps.
  6. Could be done. Sounds like you are just being generous more than anything. Would it be your primary AutoX car? just let other run it when you are not? Or are you going to somehow bring 2 to each event?

  8. Wow. That is some serious hail. I feel bad for all those cars in the vid.

  10. This sort of stuff is also very popular in churches these days. Many are putting grab-and-go sort of coffee bars in them; especially ones with thier own youth seminars and whatnot, so that may be another type of buyer to sell to. glws
  11. That is nuts. Also appears to have spent it's life in Florida, which is a good thing IMO.... definitely looks like it spent it's time sitting indoors at least. EDIT: says it was registered as a commercial vehicle for the first half of those miles?
  12. You can do a lot with 10K. I just went though this with finding my wife a new ride. We were looking at small SUVs though. here is the thread http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98592 Some decent info in it. Our budget got slashed in half pretty quick while looking (she is still in school getting her Masters) so we ended up spending 5400 on an XTerra which was what we originally wanted anyway. In the end it will come down to which particular vehicles you both want, and then proceed to look for viable options. CL worked good for us on this one.... those car lots were a RIP-OFF in every way compared to private sellers. Plus I dont mind fixing a few things like some fluids and shocks...
  13. I agree completely. I know a few people who have committed suicide, and while they were not really close friends it just makes me angry for the people who are close to them. Just makes me want to always remember them as a little bitch who couldn't get though a rough patch.... too young to really be so certain that your life isn't worth living. Reminds me of the end of Dazed and Confused"
  14. It sounds like there are some 17s where you do not have to cut, and can tuck. When I saw the H3 rims on one I think he had said no cutting....
  15. My FJ wheels are that pattern (all), as are my first gen XTerra wheels (01-04). It says the Isuzu Axiom wheels fit with no modifications (large centerbore). I know the FJ wheels also have a large centerbore but may stick out a little more...Toyotas also use shanked lugs... Apparently Colorado and H3 wheels also bolt right on w/o mods

  17. I had my old MINIs VIN handy... 93. Cool to see it is still in Ohio near where I traded it in though lol FJ is an 89 Also appears it only works on Ohio vehicles?
  18. Haha... I took those numbers as the numbers for stone! fml
