  2. Thanks for all the great info. Been travelling for the holiday so I'll have to go through the responses! Looks like great leads from my skimming lol
  3. So heres the deal. My wife has always wanted to start getting more into photography. I was thinking it would make a really excellent Xmas gift this year. It does not have to be thousands of dollars / pro camera or anything. I just did not know what is a good setup to start out with? From my breif research it seems there are quite a few different lenses to consider and whatnot. The Canon Rebels seem to be a nice starting point. Like the EOS T3. Just looking for insight...or maybe some questions that I have not thought of. Thanks
  4. Wow. Seems it would be impossible to have this one both shut up, and sit still...
  5. Just make sure they are the coupe ones since the sedan Infinity wheels are +45 and will work, but will look dumb being in the wheel wells too far.
  6. The industrial carpet shampooers will do that. It leaves it pretty damp which is why the lines stay so well when it dries. The one I used which made that look did not have a brush. Just the stainless steel steamer/vac thing. Kind of like these: http://www.carpet-cleaning-equipment.net/images/auto-detail-kit-sm.jpg
  7. wanted to stop back by and read it again before the weekend's over. awesome
  8. and I'm back. Just as exhilarating as the first read.

  10. My thoughts is you are losing it through cracks and windows ect in the old house and the further you are away from the outside temp the more it's gonna cost you regardless of when you adjust it. The "catch-up" period will cost less overall than it cranking all day long. There is some method to it I guess. You do not want it so cold that all the stuff in your house is freezing and has to be substantially warmed when you get home. Just a couple degrees (5ish) is good.
  11. Cool. I was just wondering. I know a buddy of mine up there would like one of these, but I know he wouldnt have the time for the trans either. GLWS

  14. My best recommendation is John Shroeck at Dent Magic (Sawmill) if he is still there. Top notch work.
  15. bingo. you can trade your buddies cash for meat all you want. (that doesnt sound quite right lol)
