  1. If you want to go help out a small business and an overall great guy, Rick at Cyclist Connection in Canal Winchester is your guy. They often have a few used bikes sitting around as well for a bargain buy. At the very least he could probably help you find the right size ect. If you are doing it to lose weight the ergonomics and fit of the bike is essential. If it is not comfortable, how long you think you are going to stick with it!?
  2. Same. I do 63 at night and 68-69 during the day. Then in contrast, summer its 68-69 at night and like 74 during the day
  3. Not bad at all guys. I’m in 1850sf. New build (2019). Nov was $48 (billing date) Dec 72 Jan 85 Feb 102 Electric is another story using a 220v in the garage.
  4. At least we'll have some good music again.
  5. Bring it on. I have nowhere to be. And I have been wanting to pull my daughters sled around with the golf cart. Should make for a nice chance.
  6. VTI VOO IVV VB VBR SPY Try and just follow the SP500 long term. I have also been very impressed with Titan and Fundrise for investing. I dont have much in either (few grand) but returns are pretty nice! Im just adding money to those little by little.
  7. Maybe you luck out and it’s dripping at the firewall connections and somehow dripping down into the trans or exhaust. All smell no drips. Still needs found though.
  8. Im happy if it just stays below freezing now. I like the snow and have nowhere to be lol.
  9. Not much of any covered porch would stop that blowing snow we were getting unless you had it somewhat in a NE facing nook of the house. Also bear in mind lumber prices are insane right now. Quotes are at least double what they were just 6-8 months ago for materials. My framer is telling me they may fall again towards end of Feb.
  10. What is the plan? Shed roof out from underneath the existing soffit? Maybe sister rafters to the trusses under soffit? Guess then just need to deal with the electical there and footings....pour new ones just outside the slab? I assume the slab isnt on any foundation. Our framer does all sorts of smaller scale jobs (smaller than framing entire new homes that is). He may need a plan (or a solid gameplan) to even begin to price it though. John Litteral - 614-496-6160 (cell). Tell him Adam Rainwater sent you if you do call him.
  11. Exactly. Dude probably couldnt get another 400k into his account to cover himself. (or whatever he would need for that 500k position he was in)
  12. I didnt read any of the rest of this thread but I see Robinhood getting fucked sooner than later in all this. The relationship with Citadel probably wont turn out to be so peachy when they do prove they were short selling customers to make their money.
  13. Yeah they just spray painted all over the damned thing. No thank you
  14. Never heard of them.. SO MUCH MUSTANG. Thats cool.
  15. Seems like a solid BAT candidate now if the plan is to sell. Ill keep an eye open out of curiosity.
  16. ^^^ thats what I did. Mine isnt even insulated and it can get pretty toasty. Sure its a bit cold on the concrete especially near the overhead door, but its very manageable to heat quickly and easily. If its 20-30 out itll get up to 80 (on the unit) but if its in the single digits its hard to get it up to 65. Still comfortable enough to work, or throw darts, ect.
  17. very cool, thanks for sharing
  18. Thats going to look horrible lol. Hope it isnt too spendy.
  19. I still love the shirt I won last time! Lets represent, CR!
