Seems highly "un-worth-it" if it can only tow 1000# / 165# tongue weight (trailer with no brakes) Guess it depends how much the trailer itself weighs. The standard TSC mower type trailer weighs 5-600# empty. That leaves you 400# of cargo.

Would water type make any difference? Like using distilled? Just thinking about it drying....If I dump tap water on your hood...spots... distilled. likely none.

Good info. I guess it just sounds like it might not have a whole ton of travel, but I guess if the control arms and whatnot are long, like a HMMWV then it would be great. My mind is geared towards off-roading when I think about this thing.

Reading that thread, that is just a big CYA for GM since they are 'aftermarket' wheels essentially. Also they note the core charge was just in the beginning and they now are supposed to ruin them in shop. Anywho, sorry for derailing the thread

I had no idea how quick these are (Teslas in general). Now, racing on gravel-shit-roads probably isn't totally equal with a blown Fox, but still. I was a little giddy watching

I don't know about the G8 in any way. I just have had similar experience with ABS sensor wires. Especially when lifting trucks for example, if I wire gets tweaked, but is still connected, you sometimes cant see any damage. The outer sheath of the senor wire will be good, but every now and then itll throw some lights on the dash. Then the next time theyre all gone. Its just enough to throw a code to the computer and then itll clear itself for next time. Just annoying. Again...It might not even have pad sensors...That was just spitballing a maybe. If they exist...check them close...make sure they aren't gunked.

Could be a sensor issue. If it has pad sensors, once that connection is severed itll throw a light. Could have partially broken a wire to where the connection intermittently breaks. If your pads were somehow that low the light wouldn't go back off since the sensor would be broken.

I think those Lexus also use the shank-washer-whatever style lug nuts, so if you get new wheels, youll need lugs, and for them to be hubcentric by some means. If anything get Toyota/Lexus wheels with the same centerbore so to minimize headaches.
