Well, private party is like $2500 and it still need all that work. Id say youd be lucky to get that from it. Maybe 3 if it were fixed. I know it sucks having put money into it, but thats just my random opinion on it. You very well might just want to hang onto it.....or repair it and make a killing come tax time here shortly....then you might fetch closer to 4.

I live in Clintonville and used to work off Taylor Station over that way. Really not a bad commute being opposite of most traffic. You can get a garage here pretty easily, or at least one that you can add an opener and spruce up enough to use. Your main problem is its a sellers market right now. Hardcore. Things here are going in less than a week sometimes and for 10-20K over asking. Granted most of these bigger money ones are up more north towards Henderson.. I am by Weber and its a great little spot. Pretty much in the armpit of Weber and High is a cool spot. Walk to food, Giant Eagle, tons of bars, breweries!. I dont see any college kids really like I thought I would around here which is nice.

Not to completely derail, but I think that blower issue is simply a resistor under the dash. My brothers 01 Dakota did that and it was an easy fix. Might help you sell it on CL or whatnot easier. full-blast or nothing was very annoying to say the least. I texted a guy who I think is still looking for a truck. Let you know if I hear back!

I dont see this being much of a hot seller either but maybe. If I want any sort of performance AWD vehicle it isnt going to be a Challenger....and if I want any sort of utility from an AWD vehicle it isnt going to be a Challenger lol.

Probably why we are decently busy building new homes. Why pay a premium for a used one when you can spend the same $/SF (as when the market was slower) and build new. Rates have been very favorable so I think it makes the decision easy for a lot of people who want to live in a new neighborhood....maybe.... we have seen more teardowns lately in Upper Arlington, ect where they throw a new build on the lot.

Is it off to the side of the 2 car? like a driveway pad? Edit: I see, attached to the driveway. 1. You are likely going to need to be stealthy about it....likely would need a permit for anything like that. 2. It would look less shitty made of wood maybe with a slightly sloped corrugated roof. Stronger too. Last thing you want to do is damage your cars or house with the thing. Could really damage your driveway too....wind uplift is no joke. Kind of like so

It cold. Electricity went out this morning at 4:45. That sucked. I guess it came back at around 830, but it was already 58* in the house by the time I grabbed a shower and came downstairs to leave. Had to get up and go, because if I stayed in bed, I wasnt getting out lol

My favorite shop name is probably "North End Wrench" Yes its an amazing shop, and while I think that name is unique not having the word "automotive" or the like in it....I could see a lot of people not knowing what they do, or passing it up in their search. Everything Austin said makes a ton of sense. Bexley Autoworks? Though it probably is in Columbus as Shawn said...'Bexley' sounds fancier.

Is 'performance' your main area of work? Facebook says it doesnt seem to be....I see a lot of general repairs. If my AC clutch went out or something I doubt Id look up anything 'performance' online ect.
