x2...yep.. usually at the handle. undo the screw and pull the handle off (most likely) and there is sometimes a plastic spacer that you can rotate to stop the handle turn and consequently the hotness it allows

Finding a plan yourself is the best bet...Can be $$$ still, unless its one of those high-deductible plans My company is only like 10 people and we go through OPOC, which I believe pools us in with a bunch of other small companies so that we can even begin to get plans. I've since been lucky enough to kiss that goodbye and just get on my wife's plan. Yay for huge companies!

My wife and I really like Lemongrass. If you are in to Thai / Sushi type stuff it is great. Really like the atmosphere. Might be more casual than you are searching for however. Have also liked Rigsby's Kitchen..it is much more anniversary-ish. Has live piano music some evenings (probably weekends)

You could maybe use the window film just on the glass areas (attach to frame) so that it gives you a slight air barrier between the glass and film. Should still be able to slide the door if you cut it right at the tape so it doesnt catch the felt on the inner door.

Id find one that runs both tips out of the same side...could even just add a Borla or other muffler to the OE pipes and then have some tails run out the side...probably cheaper than a whole catback anyway.
